The federal sponsored Berjaya headed by Harris Salleh led a mass defections from USNO to Berjaya to topple Datu Mustapha Harun, Chief Minister of Sabah, the man who was accused of trying to take Sabah out of Malaysia.
Mustapha's USNO was later accepted into the BN.
That's the politics of federalism.

The fun is just starting.A showdown with the King (Agong) is looming.If the Sultan called fresh election, the BN may lose Trengganu to PAS.

Remember when Lim Kit Siang asked the Perak DAP Asslembymen to boycott the swearing-in of the Perak MB? What happened? He was called "biadap"! Even when he apologised to HRH Dr. Raja Nasrin & HRH Raja Azlan Shah, he was asked by UMNO supporters to make a public Apology (as if he didn't)!
Now they (UMNO) are doing the same thing in Terengganu! Worst still, they are going up against our DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Agong!
So will the Govt controlled Media now ask UMNO & Pak Lah to make a public apology? Talk about "biadap"!
Kesetiaan Kepada Raja & Negara" not "UMNO & BN"!
Ooops! I forgot, to UMNO it's "Do as I say not as I do"!

Again it's UMNO double standards.
The Sultan which is also the Agong is taking advantage of Abdullah's weak position by doing what he shouldn't be doing.
