The Moneyed Kind: Is Kedah Next ?

Hantu Laut

The ephemeral rule of Perak by Pakatan should be a lesson for them not to play with fire. Anwar Ibrahim's arrogance and game of cat and mouse had backfired on him.If you think you can do it we can do better seems to be what Najib must have said to himself quietly. At this juncture there is still no sign of the Sultan agreeing to dissolve the state assembly and it appears he is not likely to.Only 4 assemblymen have shifted out of the government and would probably change allegiance and support the BN to form the new government.Appears no justification to dissolve the whole assembly and spend unnecessary funds on fresh elections.

Picture of shocking disbelief and sadness

Now, Anwar Ibrahim can't scream injustice or accused the BN of undemocratic means, it was the game he started and wanted to play to take away BN's MPs to topple them so he could be prime minister.Unfortunately, none took his baits. His September 16 2008 dateline and his claim of 30 frogs crossing over to his side never took place.

Smiling Najib and jubilant BN politicians and party members

After almost a year, with the exception of SAPP leaving the BN, only one cross over from BN to PR took place and for less than two weeks the slime ball has returned back to UMNO and brought with him more PR assemblymen.

The only states in the PR stables that looked safe would be Penang and Kelantan.

Kedah may be the next one to go.The PR has 21 against BN 14, the BN needs only 4 to cross over to take the government.Selangor looked harder, but not impossible, the BN needs 9 to take the government.Once the BN get these few states, surely some MPs from Pakatan may not want to miss the train.

For almost a year Anwar had thrown empty threats at the BN that their days are numbered and many BN MPs have agreed to cross over to join Pakatan. The empty threats had not produced any BN's MP crossing over to his side.

The moral of the story is one must learn never to make threats you cannot carry out.It may come back to haunt you.

Serves Anwar right. Never look for frogs, they can bite. That is the moral of the story. Ah well, looks like another 4 years of more of the same.

It is getting slimy and ugly. good night.

No wonder RPK used to describe the politicians akin to prostitutes! From the unprincipled hopping of the four frogs, it construes without further saying!

This is a very annoying charade to the rakyat they supported PR which undoubtedly had already performed themselves with endeavor to cause some new look in the state administration amid the tattering cohesion amongst the PR coalition!

All along, MB Nisar was under test of his leadership to lead such a tattering family of diversified interests and self-seeking agenda within a group of no better than the riff-raff politicians, like leading a whore house! It depends very much on him now to garner all supports from the rakyat as well as the Royal Highness Sultan's wisdom to response to the public's appeal and consensus to declare a decision of equilibrium to pacify the public furore and panicking stage! It's doom-laden for our once prosperous and great Nation to have been lead with the bunch of so-called leaders they totally lack of ethics and professionalism in governing the Country! Alas!

We have no right to judge those 4 that jumped ship. We were all laughing at BN when Nasaruddin jumped over but end the end of the day BN won. I dont understand why Anwar could not see all this coming. He has made the same mistakes over and over again. When PR won the 5 states, he should have just left it at that. There was no reason to go around saying we are taking over the goverment. He should just wait till the next GE if he wants to be PM. At the end of the day Anwar started this frogs from jumping. He did the same thing when he was DP, he went against his boss then and got booted out. Now again to be PM he started this jumping frogs who eventually jumped back to UMNO and who are the losers, the rakyat. I feel sorry for the MB of Perak, after all his hard and good work, he lost Perak.

i) i say hold a fresh state elections. then stick with the mandate this time.

ii) all monies spent in this fresh election stays in malaysia. so, not a justification to say it's a "waste of rakyat's money".

iii) i hope the sultan agrees to a fresh state elections. i'll accept the final outcome. period.

carmanio.

Comments made in most pro-pakatan blogs show hypcrisy of Pakatan's supporters!

When Anwar wanted to overthrow the federal government by defections, none of these rats squeaked!

When NAsaruddin crossed over to Pakatan, these same people were jubilant, heralding democracy is well and kicking in Malaysia. They forgot to tell Anwar and Nizar that they were raping democracy, that they were sabotaging people's voice? That they were betraying people's trust?

I still remember the devilish smile on Anwar's and Nizar's faces during the press confrence when Nasaruddin jumped into PKR.... go read their comments before you people preach from the high moral ground... Serve your right Anwar and Nizar!!!!

When Anwar wanted to have 'jumpers", DAP said Nay. PAS also said Nay.
Infact DAP wanted to hasten the law to prevents "jumpers".
But now take a good look at the 4.
One of them flip flop and returns back to his snake den.
Two of them joins the bribery club to 'legalize" their corruption charges .
The limping one joins maybe because C4 might be able to cures her polio.
It is turning into a big circus show. Anwar started this or did najib started it first?
A " din" took a PKR Perak state leader to meet dpm on the 3rd day right after the general election.
Who started it first?
To be fair , Perak should NOT have another election.
To be fair , we need a nation wide snap election.

HL,

I have always wondered how Judas Iscariot felt after he had betrayed Jesus.
After looking at that woman's face, now I know!
