Saya bukan samseng! Hanya mahu kebenaran.

I don't trust any judges of the government.

Being just a layman, my understanding of what Justice Zabidin's interpretation of the law is that the HKL forensic experts can give their evidence orally, even if they have written notes that may indicate differently from their oral evidence.

Of course, we don't know what the written notes say since they do not want to present it to the court. Or is it that they notes have been presented to the court but not to the defence ?

Hypothetically, if you are being sued by someone for say, embezzling funds or fraud, the prosecution must provide some documentation not just oral evidence, should they not ?

In an unusual and suspicious twist, the Amirul case seems to be going in the other direction - not enough evidence ? The forensic expert there did not interview eyewitnesses, seize firearms or uniforms nor order photos of the deceased in the vehicle be taken. Oh oh ... I can see where the judge's decision is going already.

Why did the CSI cry in court? He saw an execution. One Melayu gets scr[od while another gets shot. All done in the name of 'Ketuanan' Melayu. What a great country Malaysia is for the Melayus.

Bro HL, for a clearer picture of what transpired in the Anwar sodomy trial please go to this site:

There is a written transcript of what happened everyday of the trial, very interesting as it does not cherry pick and just record in writing about what was said by the Judge,Prosecution and defence.
