In Afghanistan, the Talibans are well known for their religious fanatism.Their purist's version of Islam can send shivers to your bones.
The word 'taliban' means 'students' in Pashto, the Pashtun language, a branch of the Indo-European language. The Talibans think of themselves as the purists in Islam with strict adherence to its pure and original form.They enforced compliance with severe punishments.They are God's judges,jurors and executioners.
That's in Afghanistan where the Talibans have made a come back and soon will drive the American out of Afghanistan as they did to the Russian and before that the British in the Anglo-Afghan Wars.
For a change, I would like you all to meet the other kind of Talibans, the American Talibans.
Call it a gaffe, paus fax or slip of the tongue if you like but it shows the true racist and bigoted nature of these 'talibans' of modern America. These gaffe type, that what they called it when they say it, and other white supremacists group including the Ku Klux Klan which still has small pockets of member scattered all over the country would definitely vote for John McCain, another racist white supremacist.
When former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad said the Jews used proxies to fight their wars, there were huge uproar in the West by these bigots.They called Mahathir 'pariah of the world'. Saying things like that had become their form of entertainment and it is called gaffe or paus fax and not racism or bigotry.
