I Salute You Tunku Aziz

Hantu Laut

Tunku Aziz has resigned from DAP, which was not unexpected.

This man used to be my school teacher, a strict disciplinarian and as straight as an arrow.

A man with so much integrity yet the party that shouted the loudest about corruptions in the country abused his judgement on such triviality as his consternation of Bersih 3 unlawful activity.

Maybe, it's a blessing in disguise for the Tunku, he was never made to fit in such chauvinistic and histrionic environment. The pretension of being squeaky clean when you are not. Do not pretend, there is no Lee Kuan Yew in this country.

What else could these intellectualy challenged political eunuchs could have said, other than that he has been bought by UMNO.

Can he fits in UMNO, I doubt very much. I don't think he needs UMNO, which has been at the brunt of his anti-corruption crusade.

Obviously, a little success has made DAP big-headed and arrogant.

Do Clothes Make The Man?

Hantu Laut

I have never been impressed by this man.As a matter of fact I find him repulsive, can't even remember the last time he made a smart statement. He, definitely, is not a chip of the old bloke.

Home Minister Hishmuddin Onn has poohed on himself so many times I am wondering why is Najib still keeping him as a minister in this very important ministry.

Senator Maijol Mahap asked him about the licenced slot machine clubs mushrooming in Penampang. His response is most pathetic, gone like a runaway train, didn't answer the Senators's question, instead, yapping away about illegal gambling.

I must say, it's a case of two not very clever chaps having a face off that did not bring to bear. The questioner fizzled.

There are so many of these clubs, not only in Penampang, but all over Sabah, which licences were issued by the Federal Ministry of Finance to West Malaysian companies, some, in collaboration with Sabah businessmen.

These clubs are the sources of many family troubles and robbing poor Sabahans of their money.

Are the Federal government so desperate for this petty revenue that they closed their eyes to the social problems that these clubs created. They are not bona fide clubs, but created for the purpose of gambling and enriching some political cronies.

Read his mumbo-jumbo:

Kota Kinabalu: The Home Ministry is aware of illegal gambling activities in Penampang and in fact has taken steps to stop the menace.
Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, however, said the State police's aim is not only to eradicate such activity in Penampang but also throughout Sabah. He was replying to Senator Datuk Maijol Mahap at Dewan Negara, Thursday.
Maijol had asked the Home Ministry to explain why it had allowed this, as if encouraging the growing number of gambling machines in Penampang.
He said the scenario is worrying because if the machines are combined, the number is similar to the number of gambling machines in a large casino.
To this, Hishammuddin pointed out that rapid development in computer technology has contributed to the mushrooming of cyber cafes in Sabah.
According to him, Sabah police in 2011 carried out a total of 438 raids and inspections on premises throughout the State during which they managed to seize a total of 2,145 slot machines.
"Police also arrested 281 people for various offences including the caretakers of the premises, its employees and the patrons as well during the raids and inspections," he said.
From January to March this year, he said police conducted a total of 184 raids and inspections in Sabah where a total of 429 slot machines were seized and 81 people arrested on various offences.
In Penampang's case, he said, the district police have been gathering intelligence and are taking action on all the information received.
Last year, Hishammuddin said police carried out a total of 15 raids and inspections that netted 331 machines and saw 61 people charged with gambling offences.
From January to March this year, he said police carried out a total of 13 raids and inspections in Penampang where 75 gambling machines were seized and 11 people arrested.
"The State police at all levels, including at district level, will continue their concerted efforts to impose stricter action in curbing this criminal offence.
The police are also always ready to work with all quarters in their efforts to overcome and address the problem," he said.

Just look at the way he handled the Bersih debacle, he says one thing and the police say another thing, which shows he never consulted the police before opening his big mouth.

Let's hope Najib drop him in the next GE, he is an embarrassment.

Vote For Pakatan Is A Vote For Hudud

Hantu Laut

As I have said before a leopard would never change its spots. PAS would never change its mission to pass hudud law in this country.

The latest edict from PAS Ulama Council chief Harun Taib is rather disturbing. He says PAS is prepared to change partners to fulfill that mission. The roar of the PAS leopard here.

Where is the "Lion Of Jelutong"? Over my dead body.

DAP, PKR beware! Don't say I never warn you. The only partner PAS can align itself with is UMNO who would be more than willing to join forces with PAS to teach you guys a lesson.

Which successful Islamic model is PAS going to follow?

There is none that I can think of other than Malaysia itself in its present semi-secular form. A moderate shariah law for Muslims and secular law for all.

PAS says hudud would only be applicable to the Muslims. Would you believe these bunch of jokers who have been contradicting themselves on the issue for as long as I can remember. They can't even reach a consensus among the leaders, each have their own version.

Religion, any religion for that matter is not conducive with the running of a nation.

Christendom used it before Islam,  realised how damaging it has been to the people and nation. Today all developed Western nations are secular.

So, you infidels, think again, are you prepared to take this country back to the backwaters.

A vote for Pakatan is a vote for hudud.

Najib, Call Off The Probe on Bersih 3 Violence,There Are Many Ways To Skin A Cat

Hantu Laut

Anwar Ibrahim demanded Tun Haniff Omar to step down as head of the government's independent panel to probe on the Bersih 3 violence.

As far as I am concern the probe is unnecessary as there were sufficient evidence to show the people that the police had acted with restraint until unruly protesters encouraged by the de facto opposition leader and his sidekick stormed the barriers to break into Dataran Merdeka. The police reacted only after they demolished the barrier and passed the security fence.

I am most disappointed with the Prime Minister to allow himself to be inundated with opposition's lies and  formed a panel to investigate the root of the violence to try mollify the oppositions, when the very man culpable of causing it was non other than the same man who now wanted Tun Haniff to step down.

Najib should by now realise  there is no "thank you" from the opposition in whatever he does and he should not waste time trying to appease them. He must remember their main objective is to bring him down and those who are firmly against him would not change their minds and have a "dog in the manger" attitude, prepared to run riot to destabilise the country.

Haniff was right that there are neo-communist elements in the Bersih group that wanted very much to destabilise Malaysia for their own reason.Amiga is a puppet.

Anwar can also be called a neo-communist as he does not tolerate opposition of any kind against him.How many of his friends have left him over the years as they could not stand his dictatorial ways? Ask how many of Najib's friends have left him?

There, it shows who believes in democracy and freedom for the people.Anwar failed miserably, without any doubt. He is merely a user and a bad one.The moment he has no use of you or sees you as a political threat, your are dead meat! Chandra Muzaffar and lately,  Zaid Ibrahim knew what it takes to work with Anwar.

Anwar warned Haniff that the communist threat is over.If that rang true,  how would he explain the outpouring of sympathies for Chin Peng by certain sector of the Malaysian population, to the extent of even demanding that the Malaysian government reinstate his citizenship and allow him to come back to Malaysia.Chin Peng has clearly stated that he had no remorse and stuck to his ideology.

There are better things to do other than kow-towing to the troublesome oppositions who has nothing constructive to offer the people.

Since the opposition is unappreciative and not agreeable to the officials selected for the panel I would urge Najib to call it off.

There are many ways to skin the cat.
