Belittling, Demotion And Punishment Of PAS: A Fool On The Hill!

Hantu Laut

The denigration, belittling and demotion of PAS by its partners in Pakatan Rakyat has started, which without any doubt a punishment.

Is the new Selangor MB Azmin Ali a democrat extraordinaire, or a fool on a hill?

PKR has 13 ADUN seats but gets 5 Exco seats, while PAS and DAP has 15 seats each but get 3 Exco seats each.

This is called tyranny of the minority. Very common in the Middle East. It happened in Iraq, Bahrain and Syria, where minority ruled over the majority.

PAS, should by now reconsider its position in Pakatan.

If what Azmin did was with the knowledge and blessing of Anwar Ibrahim, I feel sorry for him, he fell into Anwar's trap.

Anwar has the perfect shot to kill him........vote of no confidence with the help of his disgruntled allies, PAS and DAP.

Some people just too smart for their own good.

Whether Anwar will succeed or not is another matter, but Azmin has left himself an open target.

Story here.

If you like the Beatles the song here.

Shameful! Hadi Awang Should Resign Or Take PAS Out Of Pakatan!

Hantu Laut

Panas-panas tahi ayam! is a Malay idiom, which literally means as hot as the chicken shit that fizzles out very fast.

PAS President Hadi Awang has lost his mojo, the party decision sabotaged and reversed!

Read more below:

I really don't care whatever happened to Khalid, it's water under the bridge, that's no more the issue.

The pertinent question now is, can PAS be trusted ?

A man is only good as his word. PAS is now the biggest laughing stock for the entire world to see.

If Hadi Awang had any more self-respect left in him, he should resign as president, or take PAS out of Pakatan.

Would DAP And PKR Dare To Kick PAS Out of Pakatan Rakyat?

Hantu Laut

I frankly think PAS should part ways with DAP and PKR as they have no common ground, it was a marriage made in hell, of irreconcilable differences and of one feeling loftier than the other.

Both DAP and PKR consider PAS a kampong party run by country bumpkins and dependent on DAP and PKR for its enhanced political performance. Otherwise, parochial PAS would be confined to Kelantan.

An insult PAS had swallowed all this while and taking it in its stride so far.

It's puzzling that with the constant bickering, mistrust and distrust among the partners the  politicians in DAP and PKR still want to stay together with the hudud wielding PAS.

The Khalid Ibrahim debacle may be the straw that will break the camel back and it looks like DAP and PKR are more afraid of losing PAS than the other way round.

Desperation has turned to more insults being thrown at PAS to decide quickly its stand on the issue

I am against hudud law and strongly feel that PAS mixing religion with running of a nation is not healthy for this multiracial and multi religious country.

PKR and DAP should stay in PR and work harder to challenge the BN in the next GE (General Election) and leave PAS to its own device.

A pick from a news portal on the Selangor impasse.

It almost seemed as if Hadi had forgotten that his party had shared the trenches with DAP and PKR in two wars – GE12 and GE13 – and had won significant battles along the way.
Also, for someone whose party under-delivered in GE13, whose refusal to change the menteri besar in Kedah caused the fall of the state to BN and who needed a chunk of non-Malay votes to win a chunk of parliamentary seats in the peninsula and state seats in Selangor, he was cocky and dismissive of the importance of PR to PAS.

Anwar Screw-Up Big Time, Is Fresh Elections In The Offing?

Hantu Laut

Is fresh election in the offing for Selangor?

Anwar Ibrahim has cut his nose to spite his face and had thrown Selangor into political turmoil that may see PR (Pakatan Rakyat) road to Putrajaya going up in smoke.

This man whom I have rejected as a leader since his days in UMNO has shown vacuousness of his highly questionable power grab that backfiring not only on himself but on the whole Pakatan Rakyat, which may see the demise of the three-party coalition.

Every step taken by Anwar and PKR against Khalid Ibrahim has been in the wrong direction.

Anwar demanded that Khalid resigned to pave way for his wife to take over the MB position as Khalid was appointed by Pakatan Rakyat. For those with moral principle, this is nepotism of the highest order. Are there not enough qualified candidates in the PKR elected representatives line-up to become MB?

Why his wife?

Why not the wolfish Azmin Ali, who had been played out twice of the MB post by him.A promise he made to Azmin, but couldn't deliver because the other two partners PAS and DAP were not comfortable with Azmin.

We can rule out Azmin due to his unacceptability, which leaves PKR with 12 more choices. Are the Muslims among the 12 all dumb? If it's true no one in PKR is capable other than his wife why not pick someone from PAS to replace Khalid, as the MB post rightfully belong to PAS, which they sacrificed to PKR for peace sake.

This is where stupidity reigned over sensibility, Anwar caught with his pants down as exposed by his little boy wonder Rafizi Ramli that PAS was never consulted on the "Kajang Move" as PAS is not likely to agree. What's the point of a coalition if you don't trust your partner and do things on the sly?

Like morning dreams come true, PAS dissented saying Khalid has not done anything wrong to justify his removal.

Anwar claimed that Khalid was appointed by PR, therefore, must abide by the decision, again this conniving otter made another big mistake.

Was there unanimous decision?

It is now clear there wasn't any consensus at all. The God-fearing leaders in PAS have no time for Anwar's greed and connivance. PAS has also identified who are the moles in PAS, planted by Anwar to help further his ambition to become PM (Prime Minister) of this country, by hook or by crook.

By what transpired lately, PAS appears to have gotten fed up with the constant bullying by PKR and DAP and is prepared to leave the coalition if Anwar proceeded with the removal of Khalid and replaced with his wife.

PAS has no objection to other names, but Anwar appears not keen and insistent in putting his wife.

PKR has stripped Khalid of his membership making him an MB without a party and PAS showing its displeasure with Anwar by inviting Khalid to join PAS.

PAS has thrown a spanner in the works and not likely to change its stance.

With Khalid out, PKR is now left with 13 ADUNs and if Khalid join PAS the likelihood of PAS demanding the MB to come from PAS is highly probable.

Khalid may go for broke. A dissolution of the assembly and fresh elections is even of higher probability.

I have said many times before that this coalition of strange bedfellows will one day disintegrate because they have nothing in common other than dreaming of taking over Putrajaya, which will also end up in chaos as PAS is not comfortable with Anwar as PM as revealed by little boy wonder Rafizi Ramli, the so-called architect of the "Kajang Move".

As they say "never send a boy to do a man's job"

Anwar has stripped himself naked of his true colours. This is his biggest blunder. I expect many of his faithful supporters would have seen through the smoke screen and will shy away from him.

Anwar will soon be a liability to Pakatan Rakyat.

Khalid Ibrahim will eventually have to go, but not before he inflicts more serious damage on Anwar's reputation.

There is a Chinese idioms that says "greed over small gains brings big losses"

Anwar screw-up big time.

Anwar Ibrahim A Bad Chess Player, Checkmated By Khalid.

Hantu Laut

Anwar Ibrahim is a poor chess player compared to Khalid Ibrahim, who checkmated him of his insatiable desire to kick out Khalid and make his wife Wan Azizah as the Menteri Besar of Selangor.

Strange as it may sound, PKR had also issued Khalid with a show cause letter, which stated among other things the following.

The letter dated 5 August 2014 sates that Khalid had, by way of a press statement on 22 July 2014, defied the decision of the Majlis Pimpinan Pusat (Central Leadership Committee) to put forward Dr Wan Azizah as the MB (Menteri Besar) of Selangor.

What's the point of a show cause letter from the party when the MB position comes under the purview of the state legislative assembly and only members of the the house with consent of the Sultan can remove Khalid as MB.

Even if PKR sack Khalid from the party, but he still enjoys majority support of the house, he can still legally continue as MB.

A simple majority can oust Khalid. The house has 56 seats, Pakatan needs minimum of 28 ayes have it, to remove Khalid. PAS with 15 seats in the assembly refused to give assent to the removal of Khalid to be replaced by Anwar's wife Wan Azizah. PAS leaders are convinced Khalid has done nothing wrong and see Anwar's desire to put his wife as the MB an immoral act.

It is obvious Anwar can't get enough lawmakers to support him in a vote of no confidence against Khalid and is now resorting to dirty Nazi type tactic of hounding Khalid by disseminating false propaganda and spurious character assassination about Khalid's wrongdoings to mislead the Selangor people.

Looks like little boy wonder Rafizi Ramli's "Kajang Move" has turned sour and has turned docile Khalid into a badass. Little boy wonder thinks Khalid can be bullied into submission. How wrong can he and Anwar be!

Khalid stood firm because he has enough lawmakers behind him in the event of a showdown and also hold the trump card in the event of anticipated foul-up in the house, last resort...... a dissolution.

I hope PAS stood steadfastly against the onslaught of bullying from PKR and DAP and stood by their principle.

Khalid has made a good menteri besar and no reason to replace him.

Anwar is a dangerous man and should never be allowed to always have his ways.

Pas Kena Buli, Adakah PAS Anak Jantan Melayu Sebenarnya?

Hantu Laut

PAS kena buli. Ada kah PAS betu-betul anak jantan yang akan tegas dengan pendiriannya atau pun anak jantan pengecut!

Hahaha! As I have always said that little green monster is too smart for his own good. Rafizi the Goebbels "Kajang Move" has gone awry.

This is typical Anwar's style, no consultation, no consensus, always consider others as subordinates, not as equals.

His arrogance has always been his downfall.

He forgets the MB post was a gift to PKR. He forgets PAS was the benevolent partner, gave way to his avaricious demand for the MB post, not once, twice!

He again expects PAS to submit to his nonsense and this time "enough is enough" PAS stood its ground.

.....but don't beat your drum yet, he will find ways to try his luck again to intimidate PAS into submission.

Sustained attack on PAS has started.

Will PAS stood its ground?

If PAS gives in, Abdul Hadi Awang has to resign as president of the party.

If PAS stood its ground, two things can happen, Anwar accept defeat and let Khalid carry on as MB, or PAS has to leave Pakatan Rakyat.

Anwar and DAP will try their best to make life miserable for Hadi Awang and to split PAS for their own selfish interest.

Khalid is doing a fine job but Anwar wants to be the power behind the throne by ordering Khalid what to do and when Khalid refused to take his orders the scheming to remove him was plotted by Anwar and Rafizi the Goebbels.

Thither Malaysia's Costliest Buy-Election

Hantu Laut

Though, traditionally, has always been an UMNO keep, he is not taking any chances, must win this insignificant by-election at all cost.

Losing it may have serious repercussion on his political future.

Prime Minister Najib knew the backwaters of this country like the back of his hand. No need for too many long pedantic speeches, he knew what the people want, what they expect him to bring and what he should leave behind after his departure.

.....but as Mahathir implied 'the people knew it's not his money'

Nevertheless, if the end justifies the means ?

Why not?

Money, money, money. The oppositions averaged the cost at RM19,000. per voter!.....and still counting.

Using PAS Symbol: DAP Biggest "PLOY" To Delude Malay Voters

Hantu Laut

I'll be laconic about this. No point writing lengthy article that eventually will be lost in translation.

Why use PAS and not PKR in West Malaysia, and PAS not PKR in Sabah and Sarawak?

It is not difficult to guess.....ain't it....... the ploy to mislead.

The ROS has confirmed that DAP can still use its symbol as the party had not been deregistered. Why the need to use your coalition partners symbol when you can still legally use your own.

This is DAP biggest "wayang" to delude the kampong Malays into believing they are voting for PAS.

DAP, well known for its theatric of sadness or outrage, depending whether it's the father or the son, played the usual victim. Lim Kit Siang was seen shedding crocodile tears as if the whole DAP world had fallen apart, when any level-headed person knew DAP is still a full-fuctioning political party and able to use its own symbol. The son was in furious outrage.

Simple kampong folks use the symbol to vote for the party they like and allowing DAP to use PAS symbol will create much confusion in rural/semi-rural areas.

I can foresee a near total rejection of PAS by majority Malay voters likely to happen when they see the DAP ploy and PAS leaders condescending ways. PAS leaders used to call UMNO members "infidels" for associating with Chinese.

Most educated Malays want to believe communal politics is over and done with while the smarter Chinese have formed a cohesive centre-right bloc that will cement Chinese unity and allow DAP to capture most predominantly and marginal Chinese constituencies. The Chinese have learnt the art of divide and rule and giving the Malays a taste of their own medicine, which they have been dispensing to the Chinese and other non-Malay communities for over half a century.

The real war is not in the urban areas but in the rural/semi-rural areas where majority of seats are located and DAP was smart enough to see this godsend opportunity.

Extremis Malis Extrema Remedia, Will Pakatan Lose Badly?

Hantu Laut

"Extremis malis extrema remedia"

That's Latin for "desperate times call for desperate measures"

Is Pakatan Rakyat going to lose the elections badly and they knew it ?

They are preparing for a "war of attrition" to wear down the people with lies and half-truths of BN plan to cheat in the 13th General Elections. It is the amber that will flame the "Malaysian Spring" advocated by Anwar to bring down the elected government, if he gets his way.

Many Malaysians do not believe this but all indications point to a high probability of chaos and violence if Pakatan loses the elections. The series of attacks on BN leaders and PM Najib Tun Razak shows their lack of confidence.

The Lahad Datu standoff is telling of their desperation for the people's attention. Instead of closing rank with the government in a matter of national security they chose to resort to all kind of subterfuges, making wild and unsubstantiated allegations and completely disregard their dangerous gameplay.

To kick start the propaganda he recruited Ambiga to form BERSIH under the pretext of demanding free and fair elections. BERSIH has successfully poisoned the minds of many Malaysians with its false and deceitful propaganda, accused massive cheating at the polls by BN in the past and that the BN will again cheat in the 13th GE.

Now, a Facebook called "I Love New PM", which I suppose must be referring to Anwar has came up with the most stupid propaganda one can imagine, that the BN have issued 2,000,000 I/Cs to foreigners in Selangor and you can laugh your guts out the irony and incongruity of the whole thing, I/Cs with expiry dates.

Would any right thinking Malaysians believe in such ludicrous poppycock? The I/C shown was for temporary residence in Malaysia, but I am pretty sure there are Malaysians stupid enough to believe the story.

The Facebook was set up either by DAP members or supporters .The Facebook page came with annotation "1,000,000 Chinese dont want MCA to represent the Chinese"

A dead giveaway that it is the handiwork of DAP.

Here, PKR's biggest braggart and pseudo-intellect Mr Rafizi Ramli desperately trying to debunk the Economist Intelligence Unit prediction of BN winning the 13th GE. The man is all hat and no cattle. Consider himself the brightest rising star in PKR, and a possible threat to Anwar's blue-eyed boy, Azmin Ali.

The real intellects would rather believe the EIU report than pro-Pakatan grovellers the likes of Malaysiakini, Malaysian Insider, Free Malaysia Today and the mother of all whoring yellow journalism and bias-motivator of the worst kind, the Malaysian Chronicle, mostly for the reading pleasures of the plebs and the proles, gutter journalism at its worst.

If stupid as stupid can be this man should take the coveted title for being the dumbest man ever to be used by the oppositions. Once they finished with him they will dump him by the roadside. Here, he is suing Najib for calling him not a credible person. Can you sue me if I call you stupid or your are ugly? You can try if you have a lawyer like R.Sivarasa. For someone used to scrapping bottom of the barrel every case is a possibility.

Deepak and his not so confident looking lawyer.

DAP leaders have misrepresented PAS to the Chinese community as a moderate Islamic party. They have traded in the threat to Chinese culture with their own selfish ambition to gain political power.

From the few attempts by PAS to impose Islamic values on the Chinese in Kelantan and Kedah, one can safely assume PAS will not abandon its ambition to implement hudud once they get to Putrajaya and I will repeat here once again, what I have written before, the Muslim MPs from UMNO will give their supports to PAS to implement hudud through the backdoor, to punish the Chinese for abandoning them in their hours of need.

UMNO leaders and many Malays for that matter still think they have been more than benevolent to the Chinese, sharing political power, allowing them to do business freely with the least interference and allowing vernacular schools which they think was a big sacrifice and at the expense of the Malay language, which is also the national language and many tales of young Malaysian Chinese not being able to speak the national language fluently.

There is no need to change the Constitution to enforce mild form of hudud. Mild for the Muslims but not necessary mild for Chinese and other non-Muslims.

To start with they can  enforce Islamic values through local authorities such as city and municipal councils, which they invariably controlled.

They can close down entertainment places such as discos, nightclub, bars and ban the sales of alcoholic drinks in designed areas or even the whole country. There is nothing in the Constitution that can stop them from doing so. If anyone can quote me the relevant article in the Constitution regarding this I'll be happy to hear from them.

I am also looking forward to the eventuality of the day of pork free Malaysia.

Am I trying to scare you?

No, that's the reality in Malaysia. No one want other religious beliefs or other's ethnic culture to be imposed on them.

Just as the Malays feel Islam and the name Allah are sacred to them and will fight tooth and nail to preserve its exclusiveness, likewise, the Chinese do not want anything Islamic impose on them.

DAP overlooked the fact that 40% of Chinese are fence-sitters and wait for the wind before they set sail.

At this juncture they all looked ardent supporters of DAP, but should they have the slightest doubt of PAS political agenda, they all may scurry away like rats abandoning a sinking ship.

Can DAP control PAS trumpeters comes elections day?

PAS will not make any headway in Sabah and Sarawak.

PAS Dogged Implementation Of Islamic Values Waning Pakatan's Non-Muslim Support

Hantu Laut

The Christians in Sabah and Sarawak will be keeping their option open and will be watching closely PAS political direction after the dissolution of Parliament. Further erosion may come during the campaign period if PAS grim persistence continued.

Below is a truthful analysis, surprisingly, coming from the opposition Pakatan Rakyat.

Non-Muslim support for Pakatan waning

KOTA BARU: Non-Muslims support for Pakatan Rakyat has dipped in the past five months due to the actions and policies of PAS and DAP, said the PAS Supporters Congress.

Its outspoken chairman, Hu Phang Chaw, said the support dwindled following a series of events, which has left a bitter after-taste among the non-Muslim community.
“We cannot outrightly proclaim it as we have yet to conduct a proper study, but one must be brave to admit that support has eroded due our inability to manage issues well.”
He cited the local authorities in Kelantan banning women from cutting the hair of male patrons and the move to slap non-Muslims with charges similar to khalwat as examples.
He also pointed out to the insensitivity of the Kedah government for enforcing restrictions and conditions on cultural shows during the Chinese New Year celebrations.
Another example he gave was DAP’s secretary-general Lim Guan Eng’s Christmas Day message reviving the useage of the word “Allah” among Christians.Read more.

Allah Issue:PAS Dropped A Bombshell.... Finally!

Hantu Laut

Is this the kind of government you want?

Cannot make up their minds. Vacillating back and forth!.....on issue of immense national importance,
confusing both Muslims and Christians with their now you can, now you cannot fatwa...... not based on religious tenancy but on political expediency.

Nik Aziz is the biggest chicken and should be stripped of his ulamak status for misleading Christians and Muslims in the country and giving in to demand of political expediency......just because PAS found out, of late, that the Malays may dump them in the 13th GE because of the Allah controversy.

PAS is getting greater support from non-Muslims, particularly Chinese DAP supporters than Malay Muslims because of their stand that Christians can use the word Allah in the Bible. With the new development things may change.

Here, he said "voters who make the wrong choice in the general election will have to answer for their decision in the hereafter"

"Rest assured, every part of the body, including the hand that voted, will be witness on Judgement Day," the Kelantan Mentri Besar said in his New Year message.

"Don't make the wrong choice" he warned.

I have not been wrong about the dithering leadership of this bunch of strange bedfellows, some on the verge of nervous breakdown, because they can't make any sense.

What Nik Aziz says is certainly not in the Koran, nor does it apply to non-Muslims, which have different afterlife, or non at all.

Last month, the slightly deranged Lim Guan Eng "wag the dog" in his New Year message asking the government to allow Christians to use "Allah" in the Bible, an issue that have quietened down, which he saw fit to resurrect from the Pandora'a Box for political expediency.

If you want to steal the government get your act together first, not by organising mass rally,  but by being consistent with your policies. Read here.

Let's wait and see what DAP has to say about this latest bombshell.

PAS ulamaks say Christians can use it orally but not in written form in the Bible....what a bloody joke! Was not the controversy about using it in the Bible?

I have attended Church many time for friends funeral service and all I can hear is the repetitive use of the word "Lord" in church, never was "Allah" used in its English service.

In spoken language most Malay speaking Christians use "Tuhan kita"

Why is PAS making an about turn on the issue and give the Christians a half-empty cup, which is not what they wanted?

I am waiting for the Council of Churchs to make a statement on this new ruling coming from its ally.

It's No More ABU, It's Now ABBA !

Hantu Laut

First, it was Lim Guan Eng reminding PAS of its digression from who shall be prime minister? Subsequently, panic-stricken,  scores of ants crawled out of the woodwork trying to frame a right picture of what transpired at the 58th PAS Muktamar.

The just ended PAS Muktamar has produced some unsettling news  that put a chink in the coalition's armour and likely to destroy its chance of capturing Putrajaya.

The question of who PAS delegates want as prime minister has been decided at the party's annual meeting.

Is DAP in the hogwash, or real trepidation?

The declaration has send shivers up the spines of DAP leaders, who always believe PAS would concede to Anwar Ibrahim becoming the PM even if PAS garnered the most parliamentary seats among the three. DAP leaders hit the panic button and looking for ways to weather the storm. The Chinese community is now re-calculating its coordinates......whither are we bound ?  To be or not to be.......with Pakatan.

Though, I believe Pakatan won't make it to Putrajaya, the nation would be better off with God-fearing Hadi Awang's clean slate that would make him a better prime minister than Anwar Ibrahim.

A person, chosen by the people, does not need prerequisite to be prime minister, he will be guided by the civil service. To say Anwar has vast experience and therefore more qualified, and Hadi had not, is a lame argument.

Moderate Chinese and Indians see PAS apparent goodwill as nothing but dangling the carrot to hoodwink non-Muslims. The surprise turnaround at the Muktamar by the conservatives revealed that all is not well in the coalition. There is mutual feeling of distrust between PAS and DAP and PAS do not trust Anwar Ibrahim as prime minister as he would  be running the same kind of government as his former party........the spoils system.

Anwar, who was 'the' doyen of political patronage during Mahathir's administration would have to reward his supporters and leading figures in the coalition partnership with the spoils system. Otherwise, people like Lajim Okin, Wilfred Bamburing and other UMNO/BN turncoats, used to the spoils system, would not have joined him. Some have reaped the harvest since USNO and Berjaya days but could not satisfy their insatiable appetite for more. PAS expect the spoils system would continue under Anwar's leadership and Malaysia would be back to square one.

The conservatives in PAS feared that the state of corruptions would only change hands and likely to continue under Anwar if he is made prime minister hence the call for Hadi Awang as prime minister.

To PAS it's no more ABU, it's now ABBA (Anything But Brother Anwar), a contingency they have planned on the quiet to make sure Anwar would not be prime minister.

A Bird In The Hand Is Worth Two In The Bush

Hantu Laut

PAS, at long last, as I have always suspected a dream they secretly harbour, has fired the first shot for a PAS leader to be prime minister should Pakatan capture Putrajaya in the 13th General Elections.

The dream would become a reality if PAS garnered more MP seats  than PKR, which is highly probable taking into consideration the political ruckus in PKR. There are many long serving PKR members in Sabah unhappy being sidelined by its top leaders for newcomers chosen to stand as candidates in the coming elections.

Hadi Awang, who says he is not interested to be prime minister, but would rather be a khadam (servant) of the people may not be sincere. Is Hadi pretending just to keep Anwar happy until elections day, or pretending not to know that the prime minister is actually a servant of the people and that's what exactly he wanted to be........ rhetorically he refers to as "khadam"

Without any doubt this contentious issue will be hotly debated and pursued by PAS during the campaign period to fish for greater Malay votes to make PAS controlled Pakatan a reality and hence the emergence of a true Islamic state and the realisation of hudud (Karpal, the lone ranger, "over my dead body" conscientious objector would be powerless to stop the slide to hudud).

By then DAP has a choice of staying with Pakatan and suffer the consequence of Chinese anger or join its arch-enemy UMNO to frustrate PAS push for hudud. I have mentioned earlier in one of my posts the high probability of UMNO MPs throwing their support to make hudud a reality to punish DAP for its chauvinism, arrogance and short-sightedness.

If "blood is thicker than water" than "bloodline" is just as thick, UMNO  MPs had nothing to lose by joining their Malay brethren in PAS in making hudud a reality.

With hudud, DAP's dream for greater Chinese political power in Malaysian politics will evaporate into thin air. With hudud, the Malays would be able to better preserve political power infinitely and Malaysia would be what Kelantan is now, completely dominated by Malays.

Iran, is typical example of a nation that turned overnight from being secular to becoming one of the strictest Islamic nation after the revolution that brought down its dictatorial ruler Reza Shah Pahlavi in 1979. It hasn't looked back ever since and has become isolated, ostracised and made a pariah state by the Western world. Its Islamic branch of Shiaism is also banned in Malaysia.

Here, a Malaysian Insider reported a matured PAS seemingly moving to the middle ........which I believe is "dangling the carrot"
to fool non-Muslims that the leopard has changed its spots.

Changing is no more about making Anwar Ibrahim the prime minister. The whole scenario has changed, it is now change for the sake of change. Anwar is no more in the equation and may be highly frustrated that the highest office he so dearly coveted may slip away when the final count ended.

Here's another idiot who thinks hudud is not possible to implement in Malaysia.

Dont Be The Cow That Plough The Bog

Hantu Laut

This country moving towards becoming a truly Islamic state is looking brighter than ever if Pakatan win the Federal government in the 13th GE (General Elections).

That's why PAS is adamant with their plan to implement hudud, they know it's a matter of time before they get what they want. On the other hand DAP ......was it miscalculation or deception?

DAP thirst for power have made their leaders hammy actors lying to their community with complete disregard of the community cultural and religious practices.

DAP has assured the non-Muslims, particularly the Chinese, that hudud can never be implemented in this county without their blessing and those of the other non-Muslim MPs.

This, looking at the probables, is wishful thinking.

Can Muslims garner two-thirds in Parliament?

I believe they can.

They now have, if my guesstimate is not wrong, between 136 - 140 Muslim MPs. The magic number, the DAP perceived elusive target of 148........ the trigger off point needed to amend the Constitution is only short by a hair's breadth.  The number would increase if DAP fields Muslim candidates in the 13th GE, which they have promised to do without realising the repercussions of its deception.

They can get the numbers and hudud can become a reality in Malaysia and it will not be PAS that will call the shot. It will come from UMNO MPs  throwing their supports behind PAS to spite the non-Muslims. They have more to gain by supporting hudud than opposing it. The extra numbers will come from DAP itself, by way of Muslim candidates fielded by them.

There is a Malay saying "alang-alang mandi biar basah" which will make UMNO MPs throw their support for hudud to teach  Pakatan supporters a lesson they will soon learn not appropriate in a pluralistic society.

Buying and selling of politicians in this country is no F-Word, as can be seen by recent events.

Anwar Ibrahim, the purveyor of good moral values with his constant histrionic outbursts against corruptions, has inducted many ex-UMNO politicians into the "Pariah's Hall of Fame". See who are the people he collects to join him in his crusade against corruptions ?

As abominating as it can be, there will always be the opportunistic ones who are prepared to sell their souls to the devil.

It will not be too difficult to get a few non-Muslim ass-kissers to join in the fray for hudud.

Do you want to be cowed into believing that hudud is not possible or you want to be the cow that refused to plough the bog?

Hudud: Stay With The Devil You Know !

Hantu Laut

There is a pretty widespread belief that this country is in a mess and is an epitome of corruption, incompetence and a skewed political system favouring the Malays.

If you are Pakatan Rakyat supporters that would be your central thesis of the current government, true or false, it does not matter, you mind are made up that it's time for change.

The irony is Pakatan leaders pick and choose which part of the Constitution they cast their net on and demand its as their absolute rights and condemned those they can use to demonise the government as though the Constitution was written by the sitting government.

If you respect the Constitution and demand your rights prescribed therein than you must respect every parts of it.

While they demand their rights under Article 10 for freedom to assemble they demeaned and demanded removal of Article 153 that prescribed certain rights/privileges for Malays/bumiputras.

We are a democracy,  you can vote whoever you want to, to govern this country, but it comes with responsibility that the government you chose can govern the country fairly and impartially for all races and religions.

Malaysia is a multiracial and multi-religious country and our Constitution is clear that religion has no part in the administration of the state.

Islam is the official religion of this country and should be respected and should not be challenged as set out in our Constitution. However, Islam should not be used to curtail personal liberties in a multiracial and multi-religious society.

Pakatan Rakyat, a coalition of strange bedfellows, is in a "STATE OF CONFUSION." There is PAS on one side wanting to implement "hudud" and DAP on the other side demanding secularism and PKR caught in the middle not making any strong commitment whose side they are on.

Can these bunch of strange bedfellows be trusted to govern the country or would they be bogged down with infighting at the expense of the people and nation?

DAP and PAS have nothing in common other than one wanting to push the formation of an Islamic regime and DAP pushing for  greater Chinese involvement in governing the country. The other coalition partner, PKR is only interested in making their hairy at the heel de facto leader the prime minister.

Some non-Muslims are beginning to realise that PAS leaders are determined to push their agenda of implementing hudud should Pakatan capture Putrajaya, but majority of non-Muslims still do not understand that hudud, if implemented, would encroach into the areas of non-Muslim personal liberties. They have been brainwashed into believing that hudud would only be executed against Muslims.

If PAS emerged as strong as UMNO had been after conclusion of the next general elections, Islamic jurisprudence would become a reality for all Malaysians. The Malay MPs in PKR, DAP and other parties,  being Muslims and to save the embarrassment of being ostracised, would have no choice, but to join PAS and support its agenda.

The Constitution is least of PAS worries. They can use the powers of local and city councils as stepping stone to attain their Islamic objectives.

For a start they can use local and city councils under their control to implement their first version of Islamic jurisprudence.

They can stop issuing liquor licences to pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, close down entertainment outlets that goes against Islamic values, stop all foreign artists from performing in Malaysia, segregate the sexes in cinemas, restaurants, supermarkets and all other public arenas.

Unless you are married or members of the same family, you are prohibited from sharing the same seats or tables in any public places.

They need not go to parliament to remove these encumbrances to Islamic values.

Most, are already a reality in Kelantan and would be a reality in other states in Malaysia should PAS become the new ketuanan Melayu.

It is common knowledge that PAS youth have been very vocal against what they viewed as vices against Islamic values and have made many attempts to stop what enshrined in the Constitution as personal rights and liberties.

The non-Muslims are made to think that hudud is just about chopping hands and as grotesque as the thinking can be and a dire misconception that only Muslims hands would be chopped off.

Hudud extend to much more than just theft, it covers fornification and adultery, alcoholic intoxication and apostasy. Most, if not all, carry no less than capital punishment.

Say, if a Muslim woman fornicate with a Christian man, under hudud both should be stoned to death.

Would you infidels, in your right mind, see that only the Muslim woman would be stoned to death and the Christian man gets off scot free and become a serial Muslim woman fucker knowing the state will help him to get rid off the woman he had good time with?

Think again !

The bigger "HUDUD" would come later when their claws are deeply entrenched in Parliament.

Can DAP stop them as claimed?

Karpal Singh, who is deadly opposed against hudud has uttered that PAS can only do so over his dead body. Will Karpal declare 'jihad' against PAS if they tried to push through hudud in Parliament?  Why should PAS care over the death of one infidel.

DAP can only muster, at most, 60 MP seats. The total non-Muslim MPs, between DAP and other parties would not be enough to mount a challenge against all Muslim MPs, including those from Sabah and Sarawak and the few poor UMNO MPs left in the lurch, who would joyfully join PAS to make Malaysia a truly Islamic nation.

PAS would never be able to implement hudud because DAP can stop them from doing so??

Do not underestimate PAS, they have fire in the belly and would try hard to push through their principles.

So! You thing it is not possible that hudud can become a reality?

Dream on, you infidels!

Am I trying to scare you?

No, as a Muslim I may have to accept "hudud" if implemented, but it's you non-Muslim that are going to lose your personal liberties...... your screwing, your drinking, your nighclubbing and your gambling all would be stories of the past.

Here's a wake up call from a youth group not to vote for Pakatan.

SHOULD WE CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGE?

Stay with the devil you know.

How Many Smart People On This Planet?

Hantu Laut

A comment on what I wrote in "Why Are There Fireworks At PAS "Hijau" Rally ?

Purple Haze said...
A bit of constructive criticism, if you may ?

This post seems to focus on your venting on the presence of fireworks at a PAS rally which you feel is extravagant.

I think this is a waste of your intellect to harp on a trivial issue like this when the larger picture is whether the rally actually garnered 50,000 or more participants.

The lack of reporting of this by the MSM and the pro-govt blogs seems to indicate that comment on this gathering is not encouraged.

The other aspect is whether these participants were paid to attend, as has been alleged of pro-govt rallies (and with some evidence provided in come blogs).

I don't have the answers but I thought that you should be writing on the substantive issues instead of the trivial.

Just trying to be constructive. No offence meant.

Purple Haze,

Obviously, you don't get my point. The point I am trying to convey in my article is that the picture posted on FMT is lying as there was no firework at the PAS rally.

It's not the firework the central issue here, it's the cheating to hoodwink the people. Many of the pro-opposition so-called news portal indulge in hyperbole. The picture posted was a fake.

With today's computer age you can manipulate photos, videos, including films on the big screen. You can take Queen Elizabeth head (no pun intended) and put it on a naked body of a porn actor and some idiots would actually believe it was her body.

There are only .01 percent smart people in this world who used their gray matter to make the world a better place to live in.Without their invaluable contributions we would still be living in the stone age.

America, is a great nation, many modern innovations came from there, but 99% of the population are stupidly ignorant, only the 1% helped to make it the greatest nation on this planet..

The average IQ of an adult American, I guess is between 80-90 .Watch the video below.

Yes, America a great country but plenty of stupid people.

Think of past geniuses, the innovators, the inventors and how they changed the world.Without Alexander Graham Bell there wouldn't be any telephone, without Thomas Edison there wouldn't be the electric light bulb, without the Wright brothers there wouldn't be aeroplane, without Henry Ford there would not be mass production of cars and the list goes on.

You would have seen movies like Avatar where they employed state-of-the-art CGI for realism and special effects, things not possible just a decade ago, has become a reality today.

Doctoring a still photograph is no more rocket science, my 10-year nephew can do it.

The opposition always hyped anything to do with them, a molehill would become a mountain, 20,000 would become 200,000. and so forth.

If you are not analytical or do not have a questioning mind or just simply hate the government, you probably believe everything you read.

People like you either chose to ignore it or can't see through the smokescreen.

I don't consider your criticism in any way constructive because you failed to understand the gist of my article.

That's human nature, when we like something or someone, no matter how rotten the thing or person is, we become love blind.

In Malaysia, most smart people are in Pakatan Rakyat and the pro-opposition supporters.

Read here, the arrogance of the Bersih lady just because she is a freaking lawyer she thinks she is smarter than everyone else.

Why Are There Fireworks At PAS "Hijau" Rally?

Hantu Laut

My late grandfather, a devout Muslim once told me that extravagance and wastefulness are sinful in Islam. Greed, of any kind is destructive to men and we should only spend on things we need, not on things we covet. These are transgressions considered fatal to spiritual progress of the faith.

Unlike Christianity, which divides sin into 2 categories, venial sin and mortal sin and forbid indulgence of the 7 deadly sins, Islam has similarities, but do not divides sin into categories, consider sin as an act and not state of being.

Many of us transients, probably, commit some of them every day without even realising it.

What about people who claimed virtue, piousness and strict adherence to the religion. People like those in PAS, they who wear the Islamic badge?

Why are there fireworks at PAS 'hijau" rally last night in Alor Star. The burning of fireworks is considered extravagance, the same as gluttony, which is considered a sin in Islam.

Report indicated anything between 50,000 to 150,000 of these pious subject attending the rally.

Would PAS consider the use of fireworks as something un-Islamic just like the many objections they had to foreign artists performing in Malaysia.

The photo below shows fireworks in the background. The story from FMT here.

Is the photo real or another one of the opposition's bluff.

A puffery, a CGI, if you may!

Vote For Pakatan Is A Vote For Hudud

Hantu Laut

As I have said before a leopard would never change its spots. PAS would never change its mission to pass hudud law in this country.

The latest edict from PAS Ulama Council chief Harun Taib is rather disturbing. He says PAS is prepared to change partners to fulfill that mission. The roar of the PAS leopard here.

Where is the "Lion Of Jelutong"? Over my dead body.

DAP, PKR beware! Don't say I never warn you. The only partner PAS can align itself with is UMNO who would be more than willing to join forces with PAS to teach you guys a lesson.

Which successful Islamic model is PAS going to follow?

There is none that I can think of other than Malaysia itself in its present semi-secular form. A moderate shariah law for Muslims and secular law for all.

PAS says hudud would only be applicable to the Muslims. Would you believe these bunch of jokers who have been contradicting themselves on the issue for as long as I can remember. They can't even reach a consensus among the leaders, each have their own version.

Religion, any religion for that matter is not conducive with the running of a nation.

Christendom used it before Islam,  realised how damaging it has been to the people and nation. Today all developed Western nations are secular.

So, you infidels, think again, are you prepared to take this country back to the backwaters.

A vote for Pakatan is a vote for hudud.

Guan Eng, How DAP Took Control Of Penang And You Becoming The Chief Minister If There Never Was Free And Fair Elections In Malaysia?

Hantu Laut

DAP's only prominent Malay member Tungku Abdul Aziz came under fire from DAP Secretary General and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for his opposition to Bersih demonstration. He was a lone voice in his party and the coalition of liars.

Tunku Aziz said “My opposition to this kind of demonstration is — we are encouraging people to break the law and we are supposed to be lawmakers."

Not asking himself how DAP took control of Penang and he becoming the chief minister if there was never free and fair election,  Guan Eng said  "I am therefore compelled to publicly chastise Senator Tunku Abdul Aziz’s irresponsible remarks opposing Bersih’s right to assemble peacefully... to press for clean, free, fair and independent elections."

Who was right, you or Tunku Aziz about the possibility of protesters breaking the law, violence and civil unrest ?

You see, all these Pakatan leaders are just "full of shits" including the holier than thou Kelantan Menteri Besar Nik Aziz who is as old as the hills but refused to give up his chief ministership because he thinks Kelantan is only safe under his stewardship.

A religious man of contradiction, he has forgotten PAS's past rebukes of UMNO, calling UMNO leaders "Orang-orang Islam yang berkongsi dengan orang-orang kafir untuk memerintah negara menjadi kafir atau haram".(Muslims who share power with the infidels to govern a nation are also infidels and committed sin against Islam) and Nik Aziz himself said "UMNO komunis dan serupa Ayah Pin" (UMNO is communist and like Ayah Pin)

Let me ask Nik Aziz what is PAS doing sleeping  in the same bed with DAP? Does it mean all PAS leaders including himself are infidels?

Let me ask Guan Eng how can DAP took over control of Penang and he becoming the chief minister if there never was free and fair elections in Malaysia?

Guan Eng, let's have some answers!

"Angry Birds" Malaysia's Beacon Of Hope

Hantu Laut

The hyperbolic "Angry Birds" has become a beacon of hope for PAS Youth, asking Malaysians to emulate the birds killing pigs that stole their eggs.

If pigs could fly angry birds would be dead meat.

Food for thought. As a Muslim, given the choice, I would rather kill the birds and eat them and leave the pigs alone.I guess my non-Muslim friends would kill both birds and pigs and eat them all ( if you'll forgive the pun)

I must admit, I too play '"Angry Birds" and it's a challenge every steps of the way. If you reach a very difficult level use the genocidal "Black Eagles". Presto! You massacre all the pigs.

There are many comic characters fighting against injustice and evil.

Superman, Spiderman, Batman and host of other do-gooders which seemed far too complicated for PAS Youth to understand.

Was it the birds or the pigs the source of inspiration?
