Striking Off SUARAM Is Justifiable

Hantu Laut

SUARAM is a private limited company registered with the the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) instead of the Register of Societies (ROS).Read here.

How could human rights NGO be registered under the Companies Act, which regulate entity that have its objective the acquisition of gain. For all intents and purposes SUARAM should be considered a society and registered under ROS.

What are the objectives in the MOA, does it include dabbling in politics, which is what it is actively involved in and pursuing right now?

Obviously, the people behind the company have broken the law and like any other lawbreakers they should face the music.

As usual the opposition and its hound dogs would hit back at the government and the prime minister accusing him of using intimidation and harassment  by the authority.

Malaysia Chronicle and its obsequiously-assed journo has her craps here.

Read to you heart's content, this is not pro-oppositions blog but we want you to read what the oppositions write. If SUARAM can get those documents, you mean the Malaysian Special Branch could not lay their hands on such documents?

Wong Choon Mei, please get your head wired to the right conduit!

Don't give those jokers too much credit for such an expensive sleuth work which requires millions of ringgit to finance and the account books showed pittance collected over the years. Where the money coming from?

Listen to the political motivation of the speaker.

The CCM and the IRD need to know where you get so much money to finance such extensive and expensive investigative works in Europe.

You can fool the kampong folks and those educated fools but you can't fool people who had done extensive business and travel in Europe. Nothing is cheap and nothing is free when dealing with Europeans, more so with lawyers.

A raid on SUARAM's office is justified.

A raid by officers of CCM of SUARAM office was aborted due to a faulty search warrant.Trust our civil servant for knowing their stuff, more often than not, they are the source of more trouble and an embarrassment to the government.

Many of you who had run or is running a business know what happened when you failed to comply with requirements under the Companies Act.

Like any company that broke the law where the directors are charged and fined, the charges against SUARAM are far greater than the normal misdemeanour and striking off the company is justifiable.

SUARAM, Who Are The Toadies ?

Hantu Laut

What is SUARAM and who are the people behind it?

This so called human rights movement has now become a front for the opposition Pakatan Rakyat and its godfather Anwar Ibrahim doing the dirty works under the pretext of human rights.

For all intents and purposes SUARAM should now be considered a full-fledged political party replicating, supplementing and helping the oppositions in hyping the Scorpene submarines deal with lies and half-truths.

Those behind SUARAM should ask themselves whether pursuing at great expense a so called corruption case has got anything to do with human rights.

What is human rights?

The basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, often held to include the right to life and liberty, freedom of thought and expression, and equality before the law.

It is obvious SUARAM has become the apparatus and vehicle for Pakatan Rakyat and Anwar Ibrahim in furtherance of his desire to be prime minister of this country and payback time.

Those who sit in SUARAM are mostly his toadies.

Read on:

An organisation called SUARAM has featured in the Malaysian and international media a lot recently, often described as an “independent human rights group”. So who are they? The thing is, whilst the group has been very public in attacking Prime Minister Najib Razak, they are very private about their own affairs. Their own website doesn’t give anything away about who is actually behind the group.

After a bit of media research we were able to compile the biographies below. As you can see, the group is dominated by PKR affiliates, officials and even politicians. And these are just the ones we know about. The photograph revealed above shows the longstanding ties key SUARAM members have with Anwar Ibrahim and his interests.

Why does this matter? Firstly, the controversial Scorpene issue has been reheated recently purely because of unsubstantiated claims by SUARAM, and their cunning but misleading portrayal of the French legal process. It’s outrageous that such a serious allegation can be based unquestioningly on the word of a group with clear political motivations.

It’s also fundamentally cynical and dishonest (not to mention damaging to our country’s reputation) to conduct partisan politics in this way. Sadly we’ve seen it before with Anwar’s so-called “international fact-finding mission”. Enough is enough. Please share this website with your friends so that they can find out who SUARAM  are.

Spooky Tales Of Pakatan Leaders Of Murder And Assassination.

Hantu Laut

The spooky tales of Pakatan leaders of threats to their "life and limb" by elements in UMNO and Perkasa, so they say.

From Anwar Ibrahim who took refuge at the Turkish embassy for fear of assassination after the sodomy accusation here to death threat to her daughter Nurul Izzah's life here and murder attempt again on Anwar here

Believe it or not it is a dangerous world they live in. Has Malaysia become the "Wild Wild West" where political duel are settled with a bullet in your head?

Not for the first time, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng again had a brush with death here and slammed the police here for not giving him adequate protection. After calling the police all sort of names what do you expect.

This is a dangerous country get you own bodyguards Mr Lim.If that's not enough carry your own gun for added protection which you are permitted to as a chief minister.

Bersih mastermind and chief operating officer S.Ambiga is again in the limelight yet with another death threat sent to her through email. The last thing anyone would use to send a death threat or warn you of impending threat to your life is an email. It'll take the police minutes to trace the sender and what did this smart or not so smart lawyer do, she withheld the identity of the sender in order to protect the source.

How are the police going to do their work if you withheld evidence that have come into your possession. If you don't trust the police why make a police report in the first place?

The email sent to her read "Beware hired guns out to kill you" and claimed that a particular group had contracted two thugs to terminate her .Reported here.

This was a second death threat the Bersih leader received this year.

From the day Anwar took refuge in the Turkish Embassy till today he is still alive and kicking, so is the daughter, so is Lim Guan Eng and of course not forgetting our dear lady Ambiga who again is in imminent danger of being assassinated.

Well, what can one say, it all make a good script for a Hollywood blockbuster.

Nut Cases Independent Observers : Appointed By God Of PKR.

Hantu Laut

They called themselves independent observers but handpicked and appointed by Anwar Ibrahim.

By any stretch of your imagination how could this bunch of nut cases be independent if majority of them are Anwar's friends.

Which world body appoint them to speak? Did the UN sanctioned them to delve into Malaysia's electoral processes?

There is only one thing I can conclude on this deceptive and erroneous venture.

Anwar Ibrahim consider you Malaysians stupid, gullible and like the fishes can be easily baited.

Who is this dickhead?

A well known associate of Anwar who is alway critical of the Malaysian government and campaigned hard against our palm oil by labelling it fatty and dangerous. When he became very close to Anwar he withdrew his crusade against our palm oil.

Can you trust a man with two faces?

A few friends, gullible as ever, have told me, it is no more about Anwar Ibrahim, it's about democracy.

Do you see anything democratic in Pakatan Rakyat, people like Anwar Ibrahim, Azmin Ali, Lim Guan Eng and Lim Kit Siang who can't tolerate differences of opinion.

You must be blind if you can see any semblance of democracy in them. Many of my friends have already joined the long queue to vote for....."change for the sake of change".To them I wish good luck. This is a free country, vote whoever you think can bring the best for the country.

Remove Anwar from the equation and you will see Pakatan Rakyat crumbles like a house of cards.

The Pakistani idiot want to talk about democracy? What kind of democracy they have in Pakistan where killing, mass murder and bloodshed occurred every day. They have hanged one prime minister, assassinated two and bombed countless civilians and their helplessly pathetic government was unable to stop the carnage. Is this the kind of freedom we want to learn from this people?

The Indonesian bugger pride himself in his new found freedom but forgot there have been religious clashes between Muslims and the minority Christians with many Christians ended up being gruesomely murdered, some beheaded and their heads placed on stakes for all and sundry to see. They have bombed innocent Westerners for no rhyme or reason. The freedom in his country had also allowed angry mob to threaten our embassy, burning our flag and pelleting the embassy with rotten eggs.Is this the kind of freedom we want?

The rest of the speakers is not even worth my salt to talk about.

The Aussie bugger, leader of the pack...... as the Malay would say... pantat ayam!

If that's democracy, I'll be damned, fuck it!

Shame on you, Anwar!
