It's like a nuclear fallout to many Malaysians, the biggest scoop of the century with politicians from the opposite camp having a field day drawing their knives going for an overkill.

DAP Lim Kit Siang was having the biggest thrill of his life poking murderous pun at PM Najib here.

When it rains, it pours in Malaysia, but it's all quiet on the Western Front........ 

Why?

Why did the Western media blacked out Sirul's story?

I have trolled the Internet numerous times hoping to hook onto some reputable media in the West reporting the story first hand, there was none. Every search I made took me to pages of either Malaysian Insider, Malaysiakini, or some other Malaysian news portal or blogs.

Western media hungry for story like this seemed to have avoided the convicted killer like a leper. Not a single reputable Western media have published the story. The Australian media known for its rapacity for this kind of news have not had a single mention of the story.

Why are the Western media giving Sirul a wide berth and our Malaysian news portals and opposition leaders were having agonising orgasms of Sirul's story. A story from a man whose life hang by the thread, a convicted murderer who now openly admitted to the crime and a crime committed with recourse, but he has not named the person that order the execution.

In the West, I believe they are more conscientious that a convicted killer not be allowed to profit by selling his/her story.


Who did Sirul speaks to? 

There is no guessing who needed this kind of story the most for political mileage.

Saril's interview was with Malaysia's most popular pro-opposition news portal...Malaysian Insider and Malaysiakini, the most partisan and lopsided newsmakers with irrefutable loyalty to the opposition's cause. The disclosure have generated a raging thunderstorm among opposition leaders and their supporters.

How do you reconcile the irony of this convicted felon's conflicting statements............ that he obeyed order from higher up to kill Altantuya, but on the other hand said he had not admitted to the murder. 

He questioned the method he was convicted making it sounds as if circumstantial evidence used by the court was wrong. Many murderers from all over the world had, in the absence of direct evidence, been convicted on circumstantial evidence.

That was his story, but more mystifying is......... who let the horse bolted?

How did Sirul get his passport? How did he manage to pass through the immigration's blacklist? Was his name on the black list in the first place, or someone removed it to make it easy for him to escape? All these are questions left unanswered. 

How could a convicted murderer like him escape detection by the Immigration Dept when bankrupts and people who can't pay up their income taxes are barred from leaving the country, but a convicted murderer can leave the country without hindrance?

Shouldn't the Director of Immigration be hauled up to explain how the horse bolted the stable?

In most cases you do need a motive to kill someone. Most of the time you kill to cover your crime leaving no witnesses behind.

Sometimes, rapists killed their victims if they are known to the victims to cover the crime, as they say "dead man tells no tales"

Why are many Malaysians in ecstatic overdrive?

Is it showing that PM Najib has become very unpopular with the people?

The Tragic Irony of...."The White Man's Burden"

Remember "The White Man's Burden" a poem by the English poet Rudyard Kipling. The poem consists of seven stanzas, but I am only going to give the first stanza, the rest you can google if it is of interest to you.

The 1st stanza:

Take up the White Man's Burden, Send forth the best ye breed
Go bind your sons to exile, to serve your captives' need;
To wait in heavy harness, On fluttered folk and wild..
Your new-caught, sullen people, Half-devil and half-child.

Kipling wrote the poem soon after the Spanish-American War and the colonisation of the Philippines by the American. 

Kipling, at that time considered the natives of the colonies of the white men as uncouth, uncivilised and that "The White Man" had a duty to refine the barbaric and brutish parts of the world. He began by describing the colonised Filipinos as "new-caught sullen peoples, half-devil and half-child. Surprisingly, up till today many Filipinos still revered the white men 

Some imperialists interpret the poem as aspirations to dominate the world and the European powers had embarked and colonised many parts of the world through whatever method suitable to them and the world at their mercy.

The Western world imperialism existed till today to dominate the rest of the world and impose its will on those considered half-devil and half-child....... illumining these lesser beings had never been exhausting for them.

In the old days they used a multitude of tactics from intimidation to gunboat diplomacy and to all out war. The audacity  much rest on whether the natives are timid or hostile.

Today, things haven't changed much, they still want to rule the world, only the tactics has changed. 

"You are with us, or against us", George Bush's belligerent call to his Western allies to join him when the U.S decided to invade Iraq that led to the toppling of Saddam Hussein and invasion of the country  for almost a decade. 

The Iraq War, spurred by Saddam supposedly possession of WMD (weapons of mass destruction), which later was found to be a big lie fabricated by the U.S. A blatant lie to cover its real attention, retribution for 9/11 to avenge the Muslim terrorists attack on the Twin Tower in New York on 11 Sept 2001 that killed over 3000 people, mostly Americans. 

Hundred of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women and children were killed in this revenge killings and the country razed to the ground by incessant and indiscriminate bombings by the U.S and her allies. Britain, among the coalition partners was the biggest running dog for theU.S lied to the world about Saddam's WMD. 

The irony, almost two-thirds of the terrorists were Saudis, but the U.S think it was Saddam that should be punished when they knew very well most of the fundings of Islamic terrorism came from Saudi Arabia, their closest ally in the Middle East.

Is Iraq peaceful and safer now? I am sure many of you would know the answer to that. 

The country is completely devastated and torn apart in sectarian violence. A puppet government installed by the U.S is completely corrupt, incompetent and ineffective. ISIS, the Islamist militants has seized large swathe of territory in Iraq and neighbouring Syria filling the power vacuum.

Afghanistan, invaded much earlier than Iraq following the 9/11 attack was to dismantle the Al Qaeda and seek the extradition of Osama bin Laden.When the Taliban government refused to entertain their request, the U.S and Britain invaded the country and bombed it to smithereens, killing thousands of innocent Afghan civilians. They finally managed to track down Osama and killed him in May 2011, not in Afghanistan, but in Pakistan the so called American ally harbouring its biggest enemy. So much for the best intelligence unit in the world, took over a decade to track him down!

They buried Osama at sea on the ground that burying him on land may turn his grave into a shrine and a martyr to the Muslims>

Did killing Osama stopped Islamic terrorism?

See, the American not all that smart, they killed one devil and thousands more sprung up with bigger thirst to inflict bigger atrocity and violence against the West.

Think of what Boko Haram did two days ago in a Nigerian village, razed to the ground and wiped out the entire village of 2000 or more inhabitants.

ALAS! THE WEST DIDN'T CRY! Not a squeak of empathy and sympathy.

Seventeen killed in Paris and the whole ground shook with cry of sympathy calling for unity and solidarity over the killing of freedom of expression.......and there was huge global response almost 2 million thronged the streets of Paris including the biggest mass murderer of our time coming out of the state of Israel.

What irony!

In May 2014 the U.S announced that its combat operations would end in 2014, leaving only residual force until the end of 2016.

I can safely assume that Afghanistan will return to the Talibans, or the like of it as soon as all foreign forces left the country.

The Western powers have not only destroyed these two countries, they have also destroyed almost all the Arab countries in the Middle East through proxy wars, except Saudi Arabia, the worst offender of personal liberty and human rights subjecting its citizens to extremely harsh Islamic laws, but the American and her Western allies love these medieval Wahhabis for their oil money and not give two hoots of her draconian laws and human right abuses of her own citizens.

This double-standard and hypocrisy are being played out wherever and whenever their interests at stake without due care and attention for human lives other than theirs.

As in Matthew 12.30 of the Gospel "Whoever is not with me is against me and whoever does not gather with me scatters" said Jesus. 

Does it not ring true of the Western powers' convention?

The recent deadly attacks in Paris that killed 17 people by wayward Muslims shows that all is not well between Islam and the West. Many Muslims viewed the West as arrogant, bigoted, domineering, unjust and want to subjugate and dominate the rest of the world.Out of those killed 12 worked for the bigoted magazine called Charlie Hebdo.

The root of the problem between Muslims and the West started over 60 years ago with the creation of the state of Israel as laid out in the Balfour Declaration for the creation of a Jewish state out of Palestinian land.

In 1945 when US President Roosevelt went to see King Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia with the proposal for the creation of a new country for the Jews, King Abdul Aziz told Roosevelt since it was the Germans who committed atrocities against the Jews why not carve a bit of Germany and give it to the Jews. Roosevelt, however, told the King that the US would not intervene without consulting both Arabs and Jews in the region. Soon after, Roosevelt died and the presidency was taken over by Harry Truman.

In the final stage of the Second World War, the US under Truman dropped atomic bombs on two Japanese cities, Hiroshima and Nagasaki that brought the war to an end and the surrender of Japan. Truman, with the new found victory, arrogantly ignored to consul the Arabs and together with the other Western allies went ahead with the creation of Israel in 1948, which spurred the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Many Muslims, particularly, from the Middle East viewed the West as the biggest "munafik" and their own governments as corrupt, incompetent and easily cowed by the West. To correct the injustices, it has become expedient and rest on their shoulders to fight a private war against the West. 

Past wars between Arab states and Israel had been catastrophic for the Arab countries with the Arabs losing more territories to Israel. If right is might instead of might is right, there was no pressure from the Western powers for Israel to return the occupied territories. The West Bank, Gaza and Golan Heights were Arab lands occupied by the Jews till today.

It's OK for them to mock your culture and religion and make fun of your prophet, which they called freedom of expression, but you can't call them White, that's racist!

It's OK if thousands of you Muslims killed by Jews, but you must not be anti-semitic, or say the Holocaust never happened, it's a punishable offence.

The White Man's Burden will continue to crack its whip for world's domination to terrify and purify the half-devil and half-child. 

AMOK: The Tragedy Of America's Deadly Gun Culture

Only in America gun massacres have become routine.

As long as the US government refused to put in place some form of gun control, the carnage of America's passion for guns would continue.


American cities have become the most dangerous place in the world as one can be gunned down anywhere, anytime, in cinemas, restaurants, bars, streets and almost any place these mad people can think of to unload their frustrations and madness on innocent bystanders, aimless killing as gruesome and appalling as that of  suicide bombers.


Such incident conjures a Malay version of the same madness, amok, a state of murderous frenzy originally observed among Malays. Just as bad but less destructive than guns and bombs. Amok has now become less prevalent among Malay society as people become more educated.


A Malay parang (machete) is no match for the automatic gun that pump out hundreds of bullets,  killing and injuring hundreds if the killer persist.

In America, running amok transcends the bounds of rationality.It seems more prevalent among the educated. Is societal discrimination being the reason for one's uncontrollable desire to hit back at society and inflict the worst possible carnage on unmindful and innocent bystanders?


Is America becoming a sick society? The victims of the NRA (National Rifle Association) who fought tooth and nail to keep guns freely in the hands of American.

After so many incidents and refusal to put in some form of gun control, the American President and Congress are equally guilty for allowing these killing machines continue to be freely available to its citizen.

The murders—it dignifies them to call them a “tragedy”—in Aurora, Colorado, have hit us all hard, though the grief of the friends and families of the victims is unimaginable. Still, it hits home, or someplace worse than home, for any parent who (as I did, as so many did) had a kid at one of the many midnight screenings of the new Batman movie last night, they having gone to see it the moment it opened. Once again, as so often before, the unthinkable news is disassembled, piece by piece, into its heartbreaking parts. After the Virginia Tech shooting, the horrifying detail, as I wrote at the time, was that the cell phones were still ringing in the pockets of the dead children as their parents tried to call them. In Colorado, you can’t expunge the knowledge of the sudden turn from pleasure to horror that those children experienced. As the smoke bomb went off, some of the kids inside apparently thought that it was a special effect, part of the fun, until they began to see “people holding themselves.” According to the Aurora police, the suspect, James Holmes, who is twenty-four, was carrying both a rifle and a handgun. The bullets were fired so freely that they penetrated the wall separating one movie theatre in a multiplex to devastate people in the next one.

Spooky Tales Of Pakatan Leaders Of Murder And Assassination.

From Anwar Ibrahim who took refuge at the Turkish embassy for fear of assassination after the sodomy accusation here to death threat to her daughter Nurul Izzah's life here and murder attempt again on Anwar here. 


Believe it or not it is a dangerous world they live in. Has Malaysia become the "Wild Wild West" where political duel are settled with a bullet in your head? 


Not for the first time, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng again had a brush with death here and slammed the police here for not giving him adequate protection.After calling the police all sort of names what do you expect. 


This is a dangerous country get you own bodyguards Mr Lim.If that's not enough carry your own gun for added protection which you are permitted to as a chief minister.


Bersih mastermind and chief operating officer S.Ambiga is again in the limelight yet with another death threat sent to her through email.The last thing anyone would use to send a death threat or warn you of impending threat to your life is an email. It'll take the police minutes to trace the sender and what did this smart or not so smart lawyer do, she withheld the identity of the sender in order to protect the source.


How are the police going to do their work if you withheld evidence that have come into your possession. If you don't trust the police why make a police report in the first place?


The email sent to her read "Beware hired guns out to kill you" and claimed that a particular group had contracted two thugs to terminate her .Reported here.


This was a second death threat the Bersih leader received this year.


From the day Anwar took refuge in the Turkish Embassy till today he is still alive and kicking, so is the daughter, so is Lim Guan Eng and of course not forgetting our dear lady Ambiga who again is in imminent danger of being assassinated.


Well, what can one say, it all make a good script for a Hollywood blockbuster.

Altantuya! The Truth Will Out.

Anwar has, in many of his ceramahs, linked Najib to the Altantuya murder.

The Suaram sponsored enquiry into corruptions on the Scorpene submarines deal unearthed a completely different story,  lies fabricated by elements in the Malaysian oppositions about Altantuya and Najib.

The poor lady according to French police had never entered France and was never involved as interpreter in the Scorpene scandal.This so-called interpreter can't even speak French. The elusive photo of her dining with Najib and Baginda in Paris, which Anwar and his posse, including the dead girl's father claimed many people have seen, obviously, did not exist. Till today, there was not a shred of evidence to show that the photo or any other photo of Najib's dalliance with her ever exists.

Suara Anak Haram ..Wikipedia (Suaram) did not expect the probe sponsored by them to open another Pandora's box, exposing the lies and smear campaign of the opposition not only in Malaysia but internationally with the help of foreign elements.

In the video above calling a press conference to reframe the lies on the PM and to defame him.

Who's the liar, Najib or Anwar?

What next?

The blatant lies will continue and for sure, the opposition and its supporters, as always, see conspiracy creeping in every nooks and crannies they imagined and would say Najib paid the whole French government to lie for him? Did the French government also erased her name from their immigration records?

I Am Afraid Of Anwar Ibrahim!

Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results not attributes....Peter Drucker ....and I agree with him.

Hypocrisy,equivocating,pretension to infallibility and lies are not attributes we want of a person to be our leader.

"I am not afraid of Anwar Ibrahim" Najib said at the closing of Selangor BN convention.I am afraid the Prime Minister is wrong, Anwar is cleverer,cunning and more ruthless than he would like to think.

I am very very afraid of Anwar Ibrahim.I am afraid of the nation's future.I am afraid that Malaysians may be making the biggest mistake if they chose Anwar to lead this country.I don't mind if Nik Aziz,Mat Sabu or even Tungku Aziz of DAP to be PM as long as it is not Anwar.

This is not about playing politics or hate, it's my true feeling, that Anwar is not suitable material for premiership.I have said the same when he was in UMNO when he delivered his speeches in his bombastic language to impress the lesser beings.He soon realised not many men in the street understand his lofty speeches and grandstanding.

No man can live by his folly, the evilness of men will not pass the test of time.Redemption, sometimes, may come with a deadly blow and it will.The notion that the camera never lies is a fallacy.Anwar's day of reckoning will come when the people woke up to find wools over their eyes of his theatrical acts.

How can you trust a man who protested and called for free and fair elections for the nation but his own party elections are so heavily tainted with trickery,corruptions and underhand tactics.

Past lies, include promise of taking over the Federal government on 16 Sept 2008 in a political coup that had the whole nation riveted in anticipation, now as famous as the infamous 9/11, accused the government of a plot to assassinate him that led him to take refuge in the Turkish Embassy, second attempt by the government, complicit with Perkasa, to murder him by sabotaging the brakes on his car, third attempt by the government of trying to murder him during the 9 Sept BERSIH protest march for free and fair elections and of course as we all know the world famous sodomy trail plotted by Najib and Rosmah.

If that's not enough trouble for him, there were also death threats on her daughter Nurul Izzah and threat to kidnap his grandaughter.

Whatever it is, if the Malaysian government was really involved in trying to murder him, I am sorry to say they are completely inept and a bloody disgrace......pathetic amateur.

The protagonist claimed he is innocent and the victim of government's conspiracy.

I have no wish for Anwar to go to prison for the sodomy charge and I think he should not, his political demise should be left to the people.

Malaysians are so blinkered by the specious rhetoric and pretentious infallibility of the man, so much so, they can't see the trickery and deception behind the mind-bending charades.

Murdering Anwar: More Lies And Fantasies

You don't have to know forensic science to tell another blatant lie by Pakatan leaders.Look at the wound on the face of the man in the picture purportedly to be Anwar's bodyguard. Does it look like it was a direct horizontal hit?A direct shot would have smashed his face and would have left a circular bloody mark on his face.The wound clearly shows the canister was fired at 45 degrees trajectory and landed on his face.The deep gash on his face means only part of the canister touched his face not the full brunt as claimed by Pakatan leaders.He could also have fell down and hurt himself.

The wound speaks volume of blatant and venomous lies by Pakatan leaders accusing the police of wanting to kill Anwar. Most right-minded people would have run away when they saw the canister coming.Why did Anwar and his bodyguard stayed where they were without trying to flee?

Tear gas canister do not travel the speed of a bullet, you have plenty of time to get away.All I can say it was probably another theatrical act for public display.

Anwar was not hit directly by the tear gas canister how could he suffered a bruise on his head and a cut on his leg, here? Could that be the result of a scuffle when every one panicked and trying to escape the tear gas.

A story here what Bersih is all about.It's all about the revival of Anwar.Malaysian electoral system may not be that perfect but the claim by Ambiga and Pakatan of unfair and unclean polls are ridiculous.

Maybe, we should blame the British for leaving such a faulty system behind, which, incidentally is still being used in Britain.

The Labour Party only had 36.1% of the total votes but 56.5% of the total seats.The Conservative and all other parties put together had 63.9% of the votes but only 43.5% of the seats.

The people of Britain have not gone on to the streets demanding that the unfair system be changed.The difference between them and us, they respect and love their heritage, Malaysians are easily fooled.

If there are enough people determined to change the government, change will come, with or without Bersih instigating people to go on the streets to demand a free and fair elections.The problem is, Pakatan Rakyat could not convince enough Malaysians to vote them as the Federal government.The same thing would happen in the 13th General Elections.They will again fail to capture Putrajaya and back to the same blame game repetitiously claiming they were cheated.

Let's take the state of Kelantan. PAS has been there in power for almost 22 years, why can't the BN cheat to get Kelantan back? It was obvious, unshakeable voters, was the reason the BN could not topple PAS in Kelantan.Should we also accuse PAS of cheating?

There is no perfect system.The oppositions want the EC to introduce indelible ink to stop what they purportedly called double voting. Not sure whether such cheating have actually taken place in the past or just a figment of some one's imagination or just the opposition's smear campaign against the BN to gain political mileage.No case has been brought to court to show the legitimacy of this allegation.

Do the BN have enough machinery to carry out the arduous task of arranging voters for double voting and what percentage of voters involved in this scam? The opposition has not been able to show any evidence other than their rabble-rousing rhetoric.

Have the opposition ever considered the possibility of the indelible ink being misused or abused, forcibly applied on voters to stop them from voting? I am sure such infraction can occur if a party or candidate is desperate to win at any cost.

Now The Dogs Got Murdered

I can't believe when I read this piece of news.

Instead of feeding the animals or call a dog trainer to save the dogs, why bother, just kill them.

Even the most timid dog would become aggressive when they are hungary.All you need to do is get somebody who knows how to handle the animals, to feed them and resettle the animals elsewhere.

We have 5 dogs and we treat our dogs with respect, fed with the best foods and their medical bills is more than what my wife and I incurred in a year.

BANTING: Nine pedigree dogs, belonging to the lawyer brothers from here, were put to sleep by Kuala Langat District Council officers yesterday.

Six Rottweilers, two Dalmations and a bulldog were put down by lethal tranquilisers at the poultry farm in Sungai Gadung, believed to the scene of a quadruple murder.

The officers were seen entering the farm at 8.15am and left about two hours later with the carcasses in a pick-up lorry.

According to sources, since the murders were uncovered, the hungry dogs which were left unattended became aggressive and attacked other animals in the farm, such as goats, ducks and chickens.

The source said police had told the district council to catch the dogs but the team despatched to the area decided to put the dogs down as they were aggressive.

The carcasses were taken to the Sungai Sedu landfill in Telok Datuk, near here, to be buried.

Meanwhile, scores of local and foreign tourists on their way to a nearby longan farm and curious onlookers tried to get into the farm where the murders allegedly took place.

They were, however, turned away by policemen.

Longan farm owner Lim Soon Beng, 40, said he had lost thousands of ringgit since the entrance to his 6ha farm was sealed to give way to police investigations.

"I have been losing between RM2,000 and RM3,000 a day as my produce could not be transported out and tourists were stopped from entering the farm."

The two lawyer brothers, aged 41 and 38, from here, and five others were detained to facilitate investigations into the murders of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya, 47, her driver Kamaruddin Shansudin, 44, banker Noorhisham Mohammad, 38, and lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, 32.

The four were killed and burnt and their ashes scattered in rivers.

Police have found bone fragments, a cricket bat and a knife after searching the rivers.

The bone fragments have been sent to the Chemistry Department for DNA analysis and the results are expected this week.

Sosilawati, the founder of the Nouvelles Visages beauty line, and her three aides were believed to have met one of the lawyers before they disappeared on Aug 30.

They were allegedly murdered at the farm belonging to the lawyer. The farm has, among others, a clubhouse, chalet and an office.

Two teams are carrying out the investigations, one on the quadruple murder and the other on the disappearance of three people and the murder of a housewife.

I am not sure whether this piece deserved a space or even a mention.Obviously, Malaysiakini and Lim Kit Siang think it is a masterpiece.

Should we expect the police force to police every square foot of land and monitor every person in this country? The writer's deep obsession for the impossible is just thoughtless mind of the herd's instinct.If someone says it is black than it must be black.Attacking and slandering the police have become an obsession for some people.

I can quote thousand of cases of serial killings in the West from Jeffrey Dahmer who killed for sexual gratification to husband and wife partner Fred and Rosemary West who killed a dozen of young girls in their "House Of Horrors" right next to their neighbours, without, let alone the police, their next door neighbours knowing their homicidal nature.

The writer's brevity with his accusations against the police is most unfair. The offending preamble to his story below:

"These murders could have been avoided if our police force had been more professional. Clearly the police took a tidak apa attitude or were ‘in it’ in all previous deaths/disappearances. The number of ‘missing persons’ reports all linked to these lawyers emerging all of a sudden out of the blue is testimony to this".

Well, sometimes, some people, get the high not just from taking drugs, you can get high even from writing, the reason, some writers get sued for libel.

This was the reactions received on the Datuk, who along with his brother and six others, are being investigated for the quadruple murders which have shaken this sleepy town.

The Datuk’s immediate neighbour in Jalan Cempaka Wangi in Taman Cempaka, identified only as Kak Ana, 45, said he looked pious and acknowledged her every time he saw her outside the house.

“On several occasions, he asked me to prepare him a rendang dish, knowing that I operate a food stall.”

Kak Ana is renting one of the Datuk’s semi-detached houses in the neighbourhood.

“He stays alone here with his brother. His wife and two children stay in Puchong as the kids are in an international school.

“They come back only during the weekends.”

She was in a state of disbelief over the news surrounding the Datuk.

She said she was away in Muar, Johor, for Hari Raya and was shocked when she returned yesterday and saw his photograph in the newspapers.

“I am still shocked,” said Kak Ana.

Kuala Langat member of parliament Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid, who has approached the Datuk for advice over a land matter for the construction of temple, said the suspect portrayed himself as a “man for the community”.

“I am truly disappointed. He should be contributing to the community, not get involved in such activities.

“It is shocking that such a thing had taken place in a serene town like Banting.”

The Datuk’s law firm was also sealed yesterday afternoon by police as investigations into his activities intensified.

A random interview with several people in Banting revealed they were all shocked at the gruesome murders and could not believe that they involved a well-known lawyer who was known for his charitable deeds.

Another resident, who declined to be named, said he had approached the Datuk when a family approached him for help over a cheating case involving a loan shark.

“When I contacted the Datuk, he told me to meet him at his firm, but I did not as I wanted the family concerned to lodge a police report.”

He claimed that the family was threatened by the loan shark at the lawyer’s office.

He also said the Datuk was known to take up cases, mainly involving land issues, which were rejected by other lawyers.

V. Paramasivam, a representative of the Indian community, said that he could not digest the fact that a man of such stature was involved in such a heinous crime.

“If the allegations are true, then he has brought shame to his profession and to the Indian community.”

Amir Hasan Haris, a representative for the Malay community of Kuala Langat, said the peaceful atmosphere in the town had been shattered.

“Banting is now in the limelight for all the wrong reasons,” he said, adding that he was thankful police had been quick in solving the crime.

In Christianity, pride or hubris is the original and the deadliest of the seven deadly sins which is believed to be the ultimate source from which the others arise. Sosilawati, must have been victim of greed and covetousness.

Seedy lawyers aplenty, those who had not the wit of true legal eagle, scuppered by stupidity and greed, unable to compete, eventually resort to crimes to fill their inadequacies.

A sad end to such beautiful lives because of human greed.

You may have seen the movie "The Wrong Turn" but with a different twist.Human savages killed humans out of insanity.

In Sosilawati case, the educated and cultured savages lured and kill her and her friends out of greed.

Let's hope the police do not bungle this case and leave no stone unturned to solve this most heinous crime.
