Anak Melayu Suka Berpesta Dan Berdemonstrasi Di Negara Dystopia.

Hantu Laut

The Black 505 held at Padang Merbok on Saturday 22 June was an anticlimax and incipient boredom for many attendees. Some left before the main event started, stating boring speeches and the haze as the killjoy.

Most attendees were Malays, who are hooked on to this carnival type protests, a wasteful social habit courtesy of Anwar Ibrahim.

Today, some youths mostly Malays tried to break into Parliament to demand EC members to step down.

Anwar have said Pakatan will not have anymore rallies, but he is not sure about the NGOs.

Your guess as good as mine who will be behind the NGOs demonstrations and who likely to be in the front.

The Chinese have delivered their message and have gone back to work to earn their rice bowls .

The Malays still think they live in dystopia.

In the meantime enjoy the lyrics of the song by OneRepublic.

Yeah! that's where you are heading for.

Crave For Power, Anwar Lost The Plot

Hantu Laut

Gross miscalculation on Anwar's part. His narcissistic character and political grandstanding killed his chance of becoming the prime minister. The massive crowd in towns misled him into believing that taking the trophy will be a walk in the park. He lost sight of the fundamentals. He ignored the rustic rural communities where politicking are made easier by the smaller number of voters in each constituency.

Anwar beware! UMNO knew the game well. They will continue to win elections. The year 2018 will see a marked increase in support.

He and his Pakatan people can go on crying wolf, organise big rallies but nothing is going to change the fact that they have miscalculated and ignored the power of the rural voters.

These bunch of sore losers are now using allegation of frauds against BN to cover their biggest political clanger and again making the same mistake of using the same urban folks to try topple a duly elected government.

Tunku Aziz, formerly of DAP has rightly described Anwar as an anarchist and untrustworthy and warned the government to put a stop to his dangerous political charade.

This overconfident chameleonic politician has lost the plot and now resorting to public rallies to rattle, destabilise and hopefully overthrow the government with his streets culture. Aziz also advised Malaysians not to allow themselves be treated as cows by Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

Anwar boasted that by virtue of he and PR having gathered more popular votes, he should be in Putrajaya and should be the prime minister, not Najib and BN, the alleged cheaters.

PR won by a negligible 386,285 votes, but Anwar thinks it justifies a revolution to overthrow the government. This desperate man coaxed unwary Malaysians into believing that he and Pakatan were cheated by massive frauds perpetrated by Najib and BN. Most Malaysians and, surprisingly, the so-called sophisticated urban dwellers supposedly to be more intelligent and discerning turned out to be more dense than one would have expected. They fall for Anwar's ruse, hook, line and sinker.

This country parliamentary system does not recognise popular votes as the mechanism to determine the winner and Anwar knew this better than anyone that he had fooled to believe otherwise. His greed for power had driven him to the edge of madness and does not give a damn to the well being of the people and the nation.

The same system exists in U.K. and there have been instances where party with less popular votes become the government.

A referendum called on 5 May 2011 to replace the "first past the post" system  turned out to be a complete failure, 68% voted "NO" and preferred to keep the old system, only 32% voted "YES". Winning by virtue of an overall majority in the Commons continued to be the winning formula in Britain.

There are 650 parliamentary constituencies in U.K. Guess what? Who has the biggest slice of the cake?

England took the biggest slice with 533 constituencies, 59 in Scotland, 40 in Wales and 18 in Northern Ireland. So, the SOB English also gerrymander the constituencies in their favour. No wonder the Scots, Welsh and Irish are peeved with the English. However, the peeved Celts and Gaels organised no big rallies to complain of unfair parliamentary practices.

Trust the English for being fair, fair game is not in their lexicon, but based on population and land mass the English exercised their demographic and democratic rights that majority ruled the land.

In Malaysia, someone, out of intense and selfish desire to rule wants to change the rules of the game.

His name is Anwar Ibrahim!

Bung The Kampong Boy: No Stiff Upper Lip

Hantu Laut

A  'foot in the mouth'  MP.

Bung Mokhtar is king leper of the Malaysian parliament. Uncouth, uncultured and crude as the crudest oil.

Buat malu orang Sabah.

I shall not waste too many words and prolixity on this boorish, loutish, oafish and brutish man. Synonyms that could fill up a ship's hull to the brim of its free board would be a waste on him.

He is a sorry case of "familiarity breeds contempt"

Yang berhormat!

Bung, does not live up to his august position........ the honourable man, the yang berhormat.

He claimed here that he retaliates in such vulgar manner because a tweet made by some unknown person insulted him first using the "F" word.

Even so, there is no reason to for him to behave in such uncouth, brutish and ill manner.

MP is expected to exercise "stiff upper lip" in the face of adversity.

Needless to say, he and that "I am handsome and people are jealous of me" minister need schooling and grooming in social etiquette and proper conduct of honourable member.

As they say "you can take Ahmad out of the kampong but you can't take the kampong out of Ahmad" rings true with Bung.

Why the fixation with Tony Fernandes ?

He is Malaysia's best example of a success story, a man with outstanding entrepreneurial skills, amazing rag to riches success story that have revolutionised air travel for the masses and have made him and his airline a household name in this region.

Tony Fernandez, is no thief, he is a businessman, who knows how to make money and who is not dependent on the gravy train and government handouts enjoyed by people like Bung and that of his ilk.

Malaysian politicians should learn not to be envious of other people's success, instead, they should learn from it, how to be successful in business.

There'll be less thieves in this country if more politicians earn honest living like Tony Fernandez and Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary.

Anwar In Desperate Mode.

Hantu Laut

Anwar's unprecedented action to bring in three foreign lawyers to brief parlimentarians on the Scorpene submarine issue shows his total disregard for the inviolability of parliament and insult to the intelligence of our parlimentarians, the people and the nation.

One can only interpret it as an act of desperation.

The presence of these three lawyers in parliament is no doghouse matter but an insult to the whole nation. The fishing expedition of the opposition Pakatan Rakyat and its lackey Suaram's on the Scorpene submarine deal to try connect Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak with the grisly murder of Altantuya, which they have every now and then failed to provide any substantive evidence that connects Najib with complicity to murder or receiving any money from the Scorpene deal.

Has the matter become ignotum per ignotious that those Pakatan MPs with legal background are too stupid to explain the findings of the investigation in Parliament.

Who pays for the three lawyers?

As a businessman who had the experience of engaging foreign lawyers before, I can safely say they are not cheap and even more so if they have to go on a fishing expedition and a long and winding investigative journey. Unless, they are half-past-six lawyers, the legal fees would run into million of ringgits.

Where did Suaram, who always claimed poverty, get so much money to pay these lawyers, or is Anwar paying them out of his own pocket, or are these Frogs doing it pro-bono, out of their love for Malaysia?

Someone must have a huge slush fund stacked somewhere to finance the opposition's political campaign against the government that have been going strong since March 2008.

Going by Anwar's American style political campaigning, travelling in absolute luxury in personal coach and plane, one can imagine the magnitude of the cost of his politicial campaigning.

The Young Journalists Club had taken upon themselves to denounce this wicked act of Anwar by lodging a police report against him.

Story here.

Elections Before Ramadan ?

Hantu Laut

Is there a likelihood that Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak would dissolve parliament and call for elections before the starting of Ramadan?

Will he springs a surprise?

More to come.

In the meantime, opposition Pakatan Rakyat is desperate for civil service votes. There are over 1.2 million civil servants and all are of voting age and over 90% Malays.

Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders reminded the country’s 1.4 million civil servants today that they should “be loyal to the country, the King and the Federal Constitution and not to the ruling party,” amid recent concerns about the lack of impartiality among senior government officials.Read more here.

They should be loyal to the government of the day.No need for Guan Eng to warn them. They will vote for whoever they think fit to run this country.

After being debased, rubbished and made the target of public hostility and odium would they vote for Pakatan Rakyat?

Nay!

Desperate Times,Desperate Measures

Hantu Laut

In a desperate attempt to bolster his crumbling credibility Anwar Ibrahim is trying to do the impossible and the unconstitutional, demanding emergency session of Parliament without showing any proof of his support of simple majority of the house to pass a vote of no confidence against the prime minister.

This is unprecedented and not likely to happen. If he has the majority support than he can wait for Parliament to be back in session to carry out his constitutional rights or alternatively go to the Agong with his list of names.

Of course the Agong would either want to meet those MPs personally or ask for sufficient documentary proof to convince him to the best of his judgement that Anwar has the support.

Anwar, if you have, prove it to the nation, we the people will support you.If you don't have, please, just shut up!

Is Pak Lah Overspending Our Money ?

Hantu Laut
Pak Lah

The 2009 Budget saw a total allocation of RM207.9 billion. A sum of RM154.2 for operating expenditure and RM53.7 for development expenditure.Although it is normal for budget to increase as the economy grow with higher GDP, excessively high increase in expenditure reflects imprudent fiscal policy.

In 2004, Mahathir's last budget before he stepped down, the operating expenditure was RM80.5 billion and development expenditure of RM31.9 billion.Since handing over to Pak Lah there was a whopping increase of 92% of operating expenditure over period of 5 years, an annualised increase of 18.4%.In comparison the increase in development expenditure was only 68.3% for the same period.

The excessively high increase in the operating expenditure is a worrying sign that there are still high inefficiency, indiscriminate spending, corruption and grossly overstaffed civil service.

In 2006 Malaysia had 1.1 million civil servants, the highest in the region. It would not be wrong to guess that this figure would have increased even more by now.

The total manpower in the civil service shown here doesn't include those employed under government linked companies(GLC) and those employed by states government departments.

We have the highest number of civil servants per population as compared with other countries in the region.

The government have not made any effort to cut down on unnecessary employment and expenditure. All talks but nothing concrete had been done on the ground to bring about the desired reforms.Efficiency and financial probity is still lacking in this homogeneous and overstocked civil service.

Go to any government department and see for yourself how busy our civil servants are and if you need to see any senior officers or chief of department, more often than not, you are told they are either very busy or have gone out for meetings.Ironically, some of those meetings are held on golf courses.

It is also appalling to note the lack of officious determination to correct the ignominious act of cronyism and nepotism in awarding contracts. Many projects had fallen by the waysides or rooted in problems due to this method of giving out contracts.

A perfect example of Murphy's law, where "if anything can go wrong,it will" and not only once but repetitively, is the sad state of affair of the Parliament house, where the roof which has a perpetual leaky bladder has the habit of pissing down on the 'yang berhormats' every now and then.

The total lack of accountability is appalling. There is no semblance of shame from those that have benefited from this most shameful fiasco and no one have been hauled up to take full responsibility.

The cost of refurbishment have been astronomical with initial allocation of RM41.8 million in 2001.Three years later, after completion, the costs had double. In April 2005 parliamentary proceedings were brought to a halt when leak in the roof disrupted power and communications system in the august House.A month later the PWD informed the House Standing Committee the total cost had ballooned to RM99 million. To add salt to the wound and a disgrace to the government another round of leaks occurred in May 2007. Then in May this year water dripped from the air-conditioning vent after a downpour.

Whether we should be amused or angry with what follows after the last episode is food for thought.

Works Minister Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamed said he would present a Cabinet paper to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz for a total rehabilitation of Parliament’s mechanical and electrical systems.

He said it was not a leak but water seepage caused by back flow from the rainwater down-pipe. “As far as the roof slab is concerned, there is no leakage,” he said.

Even more laughable is Public Works Department deputy director-general N. Selvanayagam who said the 45-year-old rainwater down-pipe could not cope with the downpour as its bore was smaller than its original size due to sedimentation.

You mean they didn't change the 45-year old rainwater down pipe and renew the mechanical and electrical systems.Where have the RM99 million gone to? Would a brand new Parliament house cost more than that ?It seems the RM99 million was not spent to refurbish the building but to buy a host of problems and send someone laughing all the way to the bank.

The Parliament house is just one of the many financial blunders that have made mockery of the government.

In Sabah,a couple of years ago a federal project for RM200 million to build the GOF(General Operation Forces) headquarters was abandoned before it even got started. It was given to an UMNO man rumoured to be a legalised illegal immigrant from the southern Philippines. The project collapsed but the man have collected enough money to buy 2 new Ferrari and a few more wives. One of the Ferrari was rumoured to be given to Siti Nurhaliza for her hand in marriage but the pretty lass was smart enough to reject the offer.

There are many other equally distasteful stories that would take too many pages to bring out of the twilight zones.

I think I'll save it for another day.

Parliament Will Never Be The Same Again

Hantu Laut

Congratulations to Anwar Ibrahim. The people of Permatang Pauh have decided overwhelmingly to return him to Parliament.

Anwar garnered 31,195 v0tes giving him a majority of 2136 votes over his rival UMNO's Arif Shah who could have done better if not for his party's screwed up campaign style.

Anwar's majority was a slight improvement of those obtained by his wife, he garnered 2,136 more votes than her.

His victory came as no surprise and most Malaysians look forward to an exciting and colourful time in Parliament.

Let's hope with his presence in Parliament and as leader of the oppositions, there would be more check and balance in the government.

Yong:The Monkey King

Hantu Laut

The President of SAPP, Yong Teck Lee has announced that either one of his two MPs would initiate a vote of no confidence against Abdullah when Parliament re-convene on Monday but said SAPP will remain in the BN and would let the BN decides on its fate.

This will be the first time in Malaysian history an attempt to remove a Prime Minister and a sitting government through vote of no confidence in Parliament.

Is Yong going for broke ? It appears so.

It may be a foregone conclusion that most of the opposition MPs,if not all, will support the motion.Without the support of additional MPs from BN the motion may not go through.Yong needs the support of at least 30 MPs from BN to throw Abdullah our if he already has 100% support of the oppositions. It is rumoured that PAS MPs may not participate in it.

It is common knowledge in Sabah that Yong was angry with the PM for not giving him the Sandakan parliamentary seat to contest under SAPP in the recent General Elections. The seat was given to LDP, a rival party once headed by his archrival Chong Kah Kiat, whom Yong has long standing feud with. Both were vying to be the accepted Chinese leader when Chong was still the President of LDP.

All the hullabaloo about illegal immigrants issues are just excuses. This problem has been there since Mustapha's time.Mahathir has been there for 22 years and Yong was thick in the government with him and was Chief Minister under him.Why didn't he fight tooth and nail with Mahathir to resolve the problem then?

He could have done what he accused Abdullah of not doing now when he was Chief Minister and the more powerful Mahathir was Prime Minister, who had no qualms about sending political opponents to prisons but are not prepared to send illegal immigrants away from this country. It showed that when he was in that chair Yong forgot there was a serious illegal immigrants problem in the state.

Yong also forgot there were allegations of a Project M, whatever that meant, where illegal immigrants were issued with Malaysian identity cards and allowed to vote. Some of those voters voted for him when he stood for election in the constituency that covers Likas and Pulau Gaya where thousands of this kind of voters are found.Did he complain?

Every chief minister of Sabah has failed the people on this issue but at least most of them don't go around pretending to champion the cause after they were no more in office and used it as an excuse to challenge the leadership.Leaders like him should have the guts and do the honourable thing, ask his MPs to resign and challenge the government to a by-election and prove it that he and his party have the people's support.

The illegal immigrants problem started with former Chief Minister Mustapha, with the blessings of the Federal govenment then, allowing Filipinos from the southern Philippines to enter Sabah as refugees.

During Mustapha's time no Malaysian identity cards were ever issued to them, they were given UN approved status as refugees and issued with documents known as IMM 13. The issuance of Malaysians identity cards, geniune or otherwise, can be traced to the days of Berjaya and has now exploded to unimaginable proportion.

After the fall of Berjaya, Yong played active part in politics in Sabah from being a deputy chief minister during PBS time to a chief minister under the BN and he had every chance to pursue his very noble cause of getting rid of illegal immigrants from Sabah.Former Chief Minister Chong Kah Kiat tried and failed miserably because the Federal government didn't play ball with him and at that time the all-powerful Mahathir was Prime Minister.

All previous prime ministers and chief ministers had failed the people of Sabah to provide them security and protection from the 'enemy in the midst'.None have been sincere to tackle the problem once and for all.Sabahans are now refugees in their own land because of greedy politicians like Yong and the rest of them.

What makes Yong thinks if all the previous prime ministers couldn't do what he wanted them to do, Badwai can do miracles and resolve the problem instantaneously.

I am sick to the bone listening to such pathetic and shameless talk of politicians who are rotten to the core with personal greed and pretend to champion the rights of Sabahans.

Yong is a political animal, he truly believes Anwar Ibrahim would be the next prime minister and he is preparing himself to jump on the next bandwagon and on to the next gravy train.

It's nothing but a sham and political blackmail.

Saving PM Abdullah

Hantu Laut
umnoi.jpg
Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi is moving at the speed of light to save himself by introducing radical reforms never seen before under the UMNO led coalition. With radical changes he hopes to endear the people and the oppositions to him. This sudden change of heart although may be seen as flippant by some people could actually restore Abdullah's lost credibility.

Within a span of one week he has announced three glistering changes.

At the end of last week he feted former Lord President Tun Salleh Abas and the other sacked judges at a dinner hosted by the Bar Council where he, short of an apology, announced ex-gratia payment to Tun Salleh Abas and all the judges who had been wrongfully dismissed by the previous administration. He also promised the setting up of a judicial appointment commission but with him still having the last say if he finds the recommedation unacceptable. He was given a standing ovation for the speech he delivered that evening.

Another small surprise announced through his Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar was the granting of permit for PKR's own party's paper.Although not a permit for main stream and full-fledged newspaper it is a good start towards more freedom of expression.Whether his government would give a permit for a full-pledged newspaper to the oppositions is any body's guess. The oppositions should give it a try and see whether his giving more freedom of expression is sincere and extend to a full-blown media for the oppositions.

The most welcome announcement this week is the proposal, which he has accepted in principle, to make the ACA fully independent and report directly to Parliament. It also proposed remodelling of the ACA in ways similar to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in Hong Kong, which is seen as the best in this region.

A Select Committee should be formed in Parliament to oversee and monitor the functions of the ACA. It should also be the watchdog to ensure it is administered judiciously and with the highest integrity. There had been cases of corruption in the ACA before and a vicious watchdog committee is imperative to keep the place squeaky clean. Members of the committee should come from both the ruling party and the oppositions.

Giving away the Anti-Corruption Agency to Parliament is a big sacrifice for the prime minister.Former prime ministers have used this agency to keep party members in line or those who opposed them.As there are not many clean politicians in this country the ACA is a good weapon for the prime minister to keep.As an independent body it can also investigate the prime minister. Well done Pak Lah !

Abdullah is fighting back to show his detractors that he is now beyond the diffidence that they have made of him. He has now re-emerged to show those in his party who had been calling for his exit that he would not be belittled and will not take their ignominious and insolent remarks anymore. If more reforms amiable to the people are coming their way Abdullah may be able to save himself from going into oblivion and carry on as prime minister and business as usual.

The diehards in UMNO will continue to cry foul of Abdullah's reformation and would do every thing possible to hinder or sabotage policies that are likely to curtail their tight grip on power and their access to the gravy train. Those who had burned the bridges are most ardent and will continue with their war cry for him to step down. Hot and hard to handle former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir, a perennial pain in the neck, will intensify his campaign to demolish him. Najib, the prime minister in waiting, may have to wait a little longer if Abdullah succeded in re-establishing himself.

It will be a long and winding road with dangers lurking every where before Abdullah can hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Abdullah biggest problem is still dissatisfaction among BN parliamentarians who can, to show their displeasure, cross over to the oppositions and which can either weaken or bring total collapse of his government.

Although his frog-legged protagonist Jefferey Kitingan denied it is going to be a fishing trip, Anwar Ibrahim is going to Sabah and Sarawak next week hoping to cast his net and catch a few frogs.

The next few months would be crucial for Abdullah to find a formula or the help of a bomoh to keep him in office.

Deputy Minister Ghafur Salleh Resigned

Hantu Laut

Another deputy minister has resigned from Abdullah's Cabinet.

Deputy Natural Resources and Environment Minister Gaphur Salleh, MP for Kalabakan, Sabah resigned from the Cabinet without giving any reason.

Why accept an appointment and resigned few days later ?

Wait for updates.

Updated:
Ghapur resigns as deputy minister

Ghapur quits deputy minister post

newsdesk@thestar.com.my

KOTA KINABALU: Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Datuk Ghapur Salleh has quit his post eight days after accepting his appointment by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Ghapur, the Kalabakan MP and Kalabakan Umno chief, told The Star at about 7.30pm yesterday that he had sent his resignation letter to the Prime Minister’s office.

However, he said he remained Kalabakan Umno division chief and dismissed any talk of him quitting the party or joining the Opposition.

»I am not interested in any government post. I just want to do my own thing«DATUK GHAPUR SALLEH
“I’m not interested in any government post. I just want to do my own thing.

“I am still a division chief and I do not want people to speculate as my commitment is to Umno and its leadership under Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi,” he said.

Asked why he decided to relinquish the post only now, Ghapur said: “I don’t want to be tied up with government duties.”

“I’m leaving the matter in the hands of the Prime Minister,” said Ghapur, a former Sabah deputy chief minister who quit the post in 1997 but returned to the state Cabinet several years later.

Ghapur, 64, is the second Sabah MP to turn down a Federal deputy minister’s post following the March 8 general election.

Soon after Abdullah named his Cabinet on March 18, Kimanis MP Datuk Anifah Aman declined to take up the post of Deputy Transport Minister.

Anifah’s elder brother, Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman, later said Anifah declined the deputy minister’s post because he had served in that capacity for two terms.

Anifah had told him that it was time for him (Anifah) to make way for others, Musa said.

Anwar Looking For Kataks

Hantu Laut

In my previous article I mentioned that Anwar is going around shopping for BN MPs to join him.He has now admitted he has spoken to some of them but would not pay or reward them if they join his party. You can read it here.

Without any form of reward it would be most unlikely that anyone would want to join him.The opposition coalition has 82 seats and needed at least 30 more seats to form a simple majority. It would be foolish move for any of BN MP to switch camp as they have a strong simple majority of 140 seats, short of 8 more to get two-thirds majority.

Unless Anwar can get an en bloc of 30 or more, which is most unlikely, his dream of taking over the government before the next elections would remain a dream.

Sarawak is the only en bloc source of supply. It has 30 MP seats and under the control of the Chief Minister Taib Mahmud, a BN loyalist.

It is more feasible and makes more sense for BN to woo opposition MPs to their side as they hold the key to the treasury.

FOR ALL MALAYSIANS

Hantu Laut

Come March 8th cast your vote wisely.Do not vote any appositions or BN candidates whom you think are not likely to serve the people and the nation. Don't vote on party line, vote individuals, irrespective of which party they are from and those who are likely to bring benefical changes to the people and the nation.

You can rock the boat but make sure it doesn't sink, the rescue boat may also be leaking. So cast your vote wisely.

DENY THEM THE 2/3 MAJORITY.

Below is my reply to a very unhappy visitor, who chose to use foul language, to what I have written above. A hardcore supporter of the oppositions who could not tolerate differences of opinion and think it is supporter like him that going to bring victory to the oppositions.

anonymous,

We all are entitled to our own opinion and we can choose any leaders we like.

Let me explain my stand.

I am not ready to change the whole government.I just want a strong opposition to keep the government in check and the only way is to deny them the 2/3 majority.

Without 2/3 they can't change the constitution, they can't pass new legislations and they can't do many things that they can do in the past.

The present oppositions is not a cohesive group to be able to form a stable government.PAS,PKR and DAP all have different philosophies and none can be expected to get a clear majority to be a senior partner in a coalition. It will be a hung parliament which you, I and every Malaysians will not wish for, if you understand the repercussions.

There is nothing worse than a government that can't function because of internal strife and infighting.

I also don't believe corruptions will stop with a new government, it could get worse. We can only try to lessen corruption, it is not possible to wipe out this evil weed completely.

I also don't buy the oppositions claims and promises of better days for all Malaysians if they take over the running of this country.

You don't have to agree with me, you should vote who you are comfortable with, it's your right and your business, nobody can stop you from doing so.

I have the right to express my opinion, if you don't agree, fine, it's no skin off my nose.

Cybertrooper ! I am certainly not.I wish I am, at least I get paid.

I am like you, I have an opinion.

Now, you tell me why you think a new government is better?

Scary moment for Rafidah due to unsigned nomination form. She wasn't disqualified as reported earlier.
